make it 2/4 brakpoint 2 giving 0-3 gold 4 giving 1-4 gold or chance to drop treasure(neekos help , rank 1 champion, maybe item)

This totally makes sense to me, except maybe less of a bonus for 2 pirates. With a tier 1 and 2, it's too easy to get to drop that much gold. Considering 4 pirates would require a tier 5, though, it makes sense that it would give more than it currently does.

Yeah pirates are useless...times i get 1 gold each round, times i get boots or fish bones most others....

I wouldn't give Pirates items since that'd be insane but the breakpoints make sense. Pirates offer nothing in combat so having more rewards for going for less synergies would make Pirates more rewarding. It'd also make pirates more popular if you only need a couple gunslingers to invest in them.
