mordekaiser rework
when mordekaiser was updated back in juggernaut class update he wasnt perfect but atleast he was playeble right now mordekeiser is very weak bcs he lost some items core to him and other items was nerfed. so i did some thoughts about what he could be.
Passive: in pre rework version mordekaiser passsive was lvl based and had 0 ratio that was good for mage but not for bruiser so his passsive should be lvl based+ % of bonus healt bcs this way you can give him more hp for early game and make somewhat more tanky overall. and i come up with 1 more buff that if the shield is breaking he should do % of the dmg blocked do as aoe around him.
Q: there are 2 ways of making this better increse the dmg it does or second i think better version is add slow. and when the final hit kills the target he should restore some health similar to yorick q. but in mordekaiser case he would get more health for each enemy he killed between activating q and final blow.
W: higher range, no health cost can be used as engage tool by being usable on enemies giving mordekaiser bonus movement speed towards the enemy and shnering the target when he uses E. the range should be 1,5 range of E on enemis doubled for allies.
E: remove %shield fill up on enemy champion hit
R: better AI. and change few interactions with other champions and items ( when target is in stasis bcs reviveing ultimate will be ""stopped" does not aply to zhonya or other stasis abilities. when you slay dragon while having enemy champion ghosted he keeps both champ and the dragon but gets stats only from 1- the higher stats total. each dragon slain will alsaw enhance the ghost by giving it the dragons abilities - sort of. fire -auttoattacks burns the ground for % of the dmg it did dealing it to all enemies that stand here. Water- splash autooattacks. air -
bonus mvm speed effect. mountain - mini thornmail effect without other ratio then number of drakes
