Character Visual:

Agnessa is a short assassin with pink hair. She has a metal mask over the bottom half of her face and a metal-ish suit (a blackish color) and energy flowing from her gloved hands.

Playstyle:

Basically, she is an anti-mage and a jack of all trades. She has some of everything, including utility for her teammates. She's either melee or ranged (see passive) determined by some factors.

Primary and Secondary Roles: Mage/Tank Lanes: Top, Mid, Support (maybe)

Stats:

Health: 530 (+82/level) Mana: 315 (+45/level) Attack Range: 200/525, based on passive Base Movement Speed: 330

Champion Matrix:

Damage: 2/3 Defense: 2/3 Crowd Control: 3/3 Mobility: 2/3 Utility: 2/3

Here are her abiltiies:

Passive: A Different Side

Agnessa gains a self-buff based on the basic ability she maxes first.

  • If she maxes her first ability (Q) before any other basic ability, she gains 325 bonus attack range, becoming a ranged champion. Against non-structures, her basic attacks will deal 30% of her ability power as bonus magic damage.

  • If she maxes her second ability (W) first, she remains melee and 25% of her basic attack damage is converted to true damage.

  • If she maxes her third ability (E) first, she remains melee and gains 25 bonus armor and magic resist.

Q: Magical Disruptor

Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Mana: 60/65/70/75/80

Agnessa deploys a device in an area which requires 0.5 seconds to boot up and lasts 3 seconds. Once it boots up, enemies in the area are briefly silenced. If they use an ability or remain in the field for 2 seconds, they will take 95/150/205/260/315 (+80% AP) magic damage and are kicked out of the field.

W: Sabotaging Strike

Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds Mana: 40/45/50/55/60

Agnessa dashes forward, leaving anti-magic energy in her path and in an area around where she lands. Enemies who come in contact with the energy are drained for 60/100/140/220 (+60% AP) magic damage and their magic resist is reduced by 30/35/40/45/50% for 2 seconds.

E: Defensive Energy

Cooldown: 19/17/15/13/11 seconds Mana: 50/60/70/80/90

Agnessa fires a slow-moving bolt of anti-magic energy forward. If an enemy projectile comes in contact with it, it is dissolved. If the dissolved projectile is a magic damage-dealing one, the caster of the projectile is stunned for 0.5 seconds and Agnessa grants herself and nearby allies a shield against 50/70/90/110/130 (+25% AP) magic damage for 3 seconds.

R: Retaliation

Cooldown: 80/75/70 seconds Mana: 120/135/150

Agnessa begins a whirl of anti-magic energy around her for 3 seconds that deals 60/100/140 (+25% AP) magic damage per second to enemies. If an enemy in the area deals magic damage to Agnessa or an ally in the area, she causes an explosion which silences and slows enemies by 30/40/50% for 1.5 seconds.

When I heard "anti-mage" I was almost expecting some lore about being one of Demacia's Annullers. Kinda curious what you had in mind for this one.

Passive: Now on one hand something like this has precedent in Syndra's passive granting buffs when abilities are maxed, but I feel like granting only one buff when you max your first ability would either restrict your playstyle depending on which buff you want or render your passive useless for more levels as you deliberately stall out ability maxing to reconcile which ability is more useful first vs. which ability's passive bonus you want.

Q: Wait a second, if the enemy is silenced in the field, how is the ability supposed to be detonated when they use abilities if they can't use them because of the silence?

W: What do you mean "drained for" X magic damage? Is it just referring to the fact that flavor-wise the trail damages by virtue of sapping magic energy and/or the fact that their MR is reduced as well?

E: A skillshot to parry other skillshots.

...fascinating.

R: Ok this is kinda cool, as far as mage-busting goes. Does bonus magic damage on autoattacks proc the explosive effect and/or do purely physical damage-based abilities not trigger it?
