@Riot Meddler Champions With Stat Passives Should Be Reworked

I think champions that have a stat passive, such as granting spell vamp on ability damage, passives that grant mana costs away, cooldown reduction on abilities, and etc . . . are doing CERTAIN champions no justice. Here are a few champions I feel like fall into this category. There are champions such as Sivr and the new Taric where I think it works, but there are other champions where it just seems like . . . . the stat passive is a waste of space for something else.

Heimerdinger - I will say that I don't mind his kit. What I feel like holds him back is his passive, which I don't really notice doing much at any part of the game. His turrets are easily killed with a passive that is supposed to heal them. He grants health regeneration . . . . when you are specifically removing and nerfing items that grant magic resistance and health regen auras. What is the point in having a stat passive like this that can be replaced with something that helps the champion and his theme? I don't see any little repair bots going around repairing his turrets or mending the injuries of his allies. I don't see the need to have this passive.

Idea: You have said in the past that you do not mind using a similar concept on one champion for another, as long as it is done in a way that it makes sense on the champion. What about having a passive that when Heim's turrets kill a specific amount of minions or destroy a turret, he can use upgrades to increase the damage on his turrets, whether they move with him, increase their health, and more? I mean he is an inventor and aren't inventors constantly coming up with new ways to improve their inventions? It fits. This is just an example of something that can take his theme to a whole other level.

Karma - Her passive is useless with the fact that most Karma players build CD reduction. There are a ton of ideas for a new passive . . . . that can really help her identity issues. It just seems like you are gung-ho on keeping a useless passive on a champion that could benefit from any character element at all.

Nunu - I feel like it is a waste to have a passive that grants him a free ability . . . when he can have something else. Like maybe after every 3 or 4th auto attack his little friend throws a snowball at the foe that does magic damage? Just an example.

Lissandra - You completely miss the mark on this one. Why is her passive named something that would fit . . . when enemies hit her with melee attacks . . . . they are slowed or their attack speed is lowered? It scales with leveling. Makes no sense. Waste of an opportunity.

STOP! Karma passive is not useless... It is stupid strong because she builds 45% cdr... Back to back mantra Qs in a single teamfight is insane. Removing her current passive completely would hurt her a lot.

Heimerdinger You do realize that his Passive works also on lane turrets.

Nunu I would rather have the ability to use a spell for free ( either to kill a enemy champion (E,W,Ult) Heal/escape (Q,W) when you run out of mana than to have bonus magic every 3rd or 4th attack

Karma Her passive is actually pretty decent since it encourages good use of abilities as well as more aggressive gameplay

Lissandra Her passive encourages her to trade with opponents and make use of her kit

Nunu Ehhh, not a bad passive but better than your suggestion which seems like a Gnar W passive with Magic Damage (also, the kid is Nunu, the yeti is Willump :3)

Heimerdinger His passive doesn't feel like it has an impact at all. Your idea for the upgrades is cool but they would probably nerf his kit somewhat as well as probably change up his ult.

Also, when I think stat passive I think Morg, maybe Akali, Corki, Galio etc. Champs who's passive is just stat increases
