New Champ Idea: Vincent the Shadow Gangplank's Father (lore based)

In Gangplank's lore it was stated that GP's father was the dread pirate Vincent the Shadow. GP stabbed him in the back and took his ship. Bring him back as a badass undead pirate with similar abilities to GP. Replace the oranges with a life-syphon similar to Vlad's. Replace the barrels with a chains that slow an enemy. The cannons can be replaced with a global similar to the cannons but is the flames of hell bursting from the ground.
