I agree kind of. He should join and bring every single champion up to the state at which they were absolute best.

Release Xin, Darius, Zyra. Make every champion be that powerful and overloaded. Would make the game so much fun.

I think you mean you want CertainlyT on ChampUp. Balance team doesn't do reworks, they just change numbers.

I think CertainlyT is doing great stuff designing new champs. Lots of stuff that changes the game in specific, targeted ways. Will eventually be strongly positive, although at the moment we have a problem with some older kits not being able to hang with the cool new ones.
