Fiddlesticks is a scarecrow already and we have a Wizard Ryze skin, though. ^^ Lion version of Rengar and Dorothy Annie are good suggestions in my opinion. But I don't know how I feel about Tin Man Viktor, maybe there would be a better candidate.
