Fiddlesticks is a scarecrow already and we have a Wizard Ryze skin, though. ^^ Lion version of Rengar and Dorothy Annie are good suggestions in my opinion. But I don't know how I feel about Tin Man Viktor, maybe there would be a better candidate.

Not sure who else would be good for the Scarecrow, and I was a little conflicted about the Wizard. You're also right about Viktor, he is a little too malevolent for the Tin Man; I mostly chose him for his physical aesthetic. What about Blitzcrank?

Ryze wizard looks like gandolf the wizard of Oz is green. The scarecrow looks different enough from fiddle to work imo
