Kairoptra1 votesI'm not saying Zac was underpowered. I'm just saying that right after the tank update, Zac's winrate plummeted and people immediately began calling out Riot for making him useless. But now all of a sudden people are complaining that he's overpowered (granted he did get a few buffs and nerfs) because they've actually given people a second to get used to it.
