So, with every Ultimate Skin featuring some sort of Transformation. Pulsefire Ezreal's is Tied to his Ult rank, Udyr is tied to which stances are maxed, Sona's is tied to which music she's playing, Lux is based on landing her skillshots and how much damage she deals to champions.

Dragon Master Swain is the MOST Desired Skin for over 5 years now.

Make the base form a Cool form, but then have it grow/transform based on which ELEMENTAL DRAGONS ARE KILLED DURING THE GAME! Either make it by swain's team, or by either.

This would allow for dozens of cool stages/steps based on how many elemental dragons are killed and which ones there are. I can just imagine it being super amazing to see a 5 dragon swain who just killed Elderdrake turning into a glowing white giant Monsterous Hydra/Dragon type thing when he ults.

Its an interesting idea, one which I think would look great. However, what happens if they remove the elemental dragons from the game? Suddenly, a huge part of the skin becomes awkward to reinstate.
