#Passive ##Immaterial Blade

Faelys’s autoattacks and her sword, Aetheris Materia, strikes with psychic force from afar, causing it to leave remnant energy on attacks made against enemies.

This energy manifests upon the enemy over 3 seconds before exploding, dealing damage to them. Alternatively, striking the enemy with an ability will instantly overload the energy, detonating, reapplying the mark and granting 25% movement speed for 2 seconds. This triggers an on-target cooldown of 0.75 seconds. Multiple enemies can be marked at the same time.

Marks applied by auto-attacks can only be detonated by abilities and vice-versa.

Each time a mark is detonated, the damage of the next one increases by 50% of the base value. This effect stacks up to 3 times and resets entirely if no mark has been detonated on the target after 8 seconds.

Mark base damage: 10 (+3/level) (+0.1 total AD)

Notes:

-Due to the form of her auto-attacks, they are not projectiles.

#Q ##Aetheris Materia

Faelys draws upon the very existence of her sword to send an ethereal clone of its form to target location. The blade lingers at target location until given new commands or Faelys moves out of range.

Whenever the blade is moved, it warps reality around it, dealing 10/25/40/55/70 (+50/65/80/95/110% total AD) physical damage to all enemies it passes through.

Faelys's blade wills damage only to those it interprets a threat, only dealing 25% damage to minions.

Cooldown: 3.25/2.75/2.25/1.75/1.25 Projectile Speed: 2000 Range: 800 Range before relocation: 1000 Mana: 20

Notes:

-This ability does apply on-hit effects to the first target it hits. -This ability has no cast time

#W ##Quantic Surge

Passive - Mystic Balance

Faelys’s autoattacks may never critically strike. Her autoattacks made against targets marked by Immaterial Blade have 20/35/50/65/80% reduced attack point and up to 200 increased range, but attacks made at more than her standard attack range have 20/15/10/5/0% reduced damage.

Active: Faelys phase-dashes in a direction, leaving her Aetheris Materia in its current position if it is on her. While dashing, she may reactivate this ability to summon it to her, causing it to deal 35/55/75/95/115 (+1.0 total AD) magic damage and slow all enemies hit by 30% for 2 seconds. .

This ability’s cooldown is reduced by 1 second for each instance of Immaterial Blade proc’d on an enemy.

Dash Range: 350 Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Mana: 40

#E ##Form Tear

Faelys bends reality to reflect its intended form, summoning three blades at target location after 0.5 seconds. Upon instancing, they deal 50/80/110/140/170 (+ 0.5 AD) physical damage and apply a slow of 30% for 1 second.

Whenever Aetheris Materia is cast, these blades swarm to its location, dealing 25/40/55/70/85 (+0.25 bonus AD) physical damage to all enemies hit and shielding Faelys for the pre-mitigation amount if it passes through an enemy champion or monster. Multiple hits in one movement against the same target deal only 30% damage after the first. The shield may only be gained once per movement.

The blades remain for 4 seconds, and have their duration extended by 0.5 seconds every time Faelys is shielded. The duration may be extended up to a maximum of 2 additional seconds.

Range: 750 Radius: 250 Width (Blade): 60 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Mana: 60-80

#R ##Replicant

Faelys’ blade draws out both their psionic shadows to the field, causing them to act with her for the next 12 seconds.

Upon applying Immaterial Blade, the Replicant will dash to the target's (preferring champions) location after a short delay, then strike all enemies around it, dealing 80/120/160 (+0.3 bonus AD) physical damage and proccing but not increasing the strength of any kind of Immaterial Blade mark on the target. Any mark consumed will be reapplied on the target at the same strength.

Faelys may also reactivate this ability to have the Replicant perform Enforcement Strike. When a target has been designated, the Replicant channels for one second before dashing and piercing through them, dealing 100/175/250 (+0.5 bonus AD) physical damage and an additional 8/10/12% missing health true damage.

Range (Skillshot dash): 800 Width (Skillshot dash): 100 Range (Enforcement Strike) (calculated from Faelys): 800 Cooldown: 110/95/80 Mana: 100

#Extended Lore

“Forget me…” The words whistled through the cool, crisp air, ringing out against the silence that enveloped them as the trees stood silently against the cold autumn day. Amongst the barren branches, golden leaves had begun to shower down amidst the light winds, tumbling through the air with an almost effortless swirl. It was all that separated the two figures. The cloaked one spoke once more, her every tone biting into the chill air, the note left hanging. “It is the only way – all I ask. Forget my presence, my being, my total and complete existence. The difficulty is not something that I can percei-“ “Don’t do this, Faelys. Please. Come with us. Fight. Struggle. Survive”, spoke the other, a male voice, hollowed by anguish and worry. “Ignoring a problem doesn’t make it better – in any regard. They won’t stop. You know that – you’ve fought them before.” Faelys smirked. “You presume too much. If only you knew of their capabilities as I do – the strengths of the enemy we seek to fight – the bloodshed they perpetrate – it is enough to turn even the heart of a seasoned warrior. Be smart, even if you must join the refugees streaming past the Presidium.” She turned away from the older man leaning upon his cane of elder, appearing as if the next gust would shatter him. A tugging on her mind. A shock only she could feel. It beckoned to her, the lure flaring as her own eyesight drew dim. The blade had felt the call. It would be dangerous for company – of any sort – to remain close once it had come. Any attempt to clear the area, even of this obstinate old man, would be welcome. His irritance...though annoying, was innocent. To remove him – to subject him to the pain that would most likely await him, would still be a fate too cruel to impose. Faelys paced the clearing, coming to stop upon a bluff which overlooked the sleepy village below. “I-I shall see what I can do. If nothing else, the best effort I am capable of devoting shall go towards slowing the invaders. Though the consequences…may not be something you desire…” Her voice shook with the last few words, almost becoming a whisper. Despite his age, his experience in life, there were things he shouldn’t have had to know. Better to die alone in some instances, than to remember what one would much rather forget. It had not been as…successful as she had hoped. Though the old man had left, perhaps somewhat happier than he had arrived, the aura of dejection persisted, a feeling of despair at the approaching armies and his complete and utter inability to stop it. What Faelys would have given to be in his position, of all things. To die a quiet, unknowing death upon the field of battle… She let her thoughts trail off. It was improper to think of such things at this time.

The humming grew closer, the very sensation shaking Faelys almost to the bone as it writhed through her body. The presence was one she had felt before, an event she had witnessed to almost devastating effect. Despite her better judgement, it would do her no good to deny it. Such was delaying an inevitability. Calling it to her side now, rather than later would be the only course.

With a ripple of psionic force, Faelys drew a knife, slashing it through the air with a sharp crackle. As the rift opened, she could feel the energy gathering at the surface. A pool of almost endless depth, she thought. A source of untapped energy, and a will behind it.

She shook her head from side-to-side, trying to clear off the effects of the mist. It would not do to…affect herself in this way. Not least before reaching within to draw the blade, broken into shards to scatter its power. When all that was required was that she draw it out and strengthen herself by tapping her own pools of psionic strength, willing the blades to fly as she desired. No, she thought to herself. That’s not the problem. IT, however…was.

Faelys had promised herself to never recall the psionic shadow again. A monstrous, hollow being that took her form, forged from the same psionic energy that powered her abilities, it mirrored her every motion, striking with the deadly grace Faelys put into her own strikes – and even making some of its own. The unpredictability of its capabilities had already slain three men the first time she had unwittingly brought it about, and even as she had tried to run, it had followed. Tireless in its pursuit, inhuman in its every aspect, and yet, an almost necessary extension to her strength. Without it, the psionic blade which had been shattered was merely another broken sword, disposable amongst so many others.

Perhaps there is another resolution Faelys thought to herself. A way to demoralize the enemy troops, to hide the villagers, or even a combination of both. She turned to watch the view, as the many leaves floated in the crisp autumn wind. The beauty was almost captivating in its beauty, a scene almost perfect in its flawnessness. If only I could live this moment forever Faelys mused. Time frozen, unmoving. A place to hide away, to run from all that vexed her. An eternal escape from life and the countless obligations…

“N-n-no…” came the whisper, creeping its way up her throat. The eventuality had always presented itself in some form, the temptation to leave and flee any and everything that could and would threaten her. To open a psionic rift and step into some other place, using the blade to inspire loyalty – or fear. Inaction had served her well since she had fled her village, running from one location to the next, always one step ahead of those who would detain her. It had been a whimsical life of sorts, always some adventure to be found. A reason to escape – to embrace the possibilities that her power brought, to live life as it was to be lived.

At least, until the invasion. With the crimson banners had come her shock return to reality. The realities had sunk in, and Faelys had found herself escaping it once more, ‘til it had led her to this village and the elder who governed it. They had learned…somehow…of her strengths, and despite her darkest moments, she had resisted the urges to slaughter everyone and disappear once more. It was…wrong.

Faelys laughed to herself. In her many options, she had found the one option most disagreeable…the only course of action. It was a realization ironic in so many of its forms, and yet it was the one she was forced to accept. The Noxian forces advancing she had seen were numerous, sure, but with a…little help. It would not be pleasant, but the inverse…accepting that she could no longer run from it was an impossibility she was not willing to accept.

And so be it, Faelys thought, as she watched the dark form step into the world once more. An evil, sure. But perhaps a necessary one.

interesting concept, seems a bit over loaded so the skill cap would be extremely high.
