Tilly, the Misinterpreted Hero

Tilly was born a raised within Piltover, but she is a vastayan, looking mostly human with rabbit-like years, while possessing vastayan's magical capabilities and ability to jump high (like our rabbits can do), and short at only 150 cm (approx. 5'0").

Tilly is a trouble maker and unintentionally is a law breaker, though harmless are her "crimes", she is kind of a pain to deal with - at least she does not try to destroy things unlike Jinx.

Tilly loves creating beautiful works of art on the city walls everywhere she goes to cheer people up, using magical paint that she creates for the beautiful colours, also serves as a catalyst to protect the helpless from evil doers - though, this just looks like vandalism to the authorities. She is a playful creation, just wanting to help others and cheer them up in the process, but do to her extremes that this is often misconstrued and comes off as a juvenile delinquent at times.

The biggest pain about magical graffiti is that it can only be removed by magic wielders and takes some time to do so. Though as pretty as they may be, it still is not wanted by the officials of the city and needs to find someone to take her work down constantly.

It is okay she does not get recognized for all the good that she does for the city, the pureness in her heart and seeing the smiles on people's faces (even if it is from afar) is good enough for her!

Tilly is a playful support, not about flashy plays, but about having fun while playing her and enjoying the game - you are probably not going to be recognized or appreciated for what you do, but you know what you are doing is bringing your team to victory and having fun in the process!

Attack Range: 625 units Movement: 340 units per second Attack Speed: 0.695 +4% per level Attack Damage: Extremely Low

Happy Hop (Passive):

Nearby Range: 1000 units

While out of combat, Tilly will Hop for her movement, Hop distance is equal to 50% of her current movement per second, and her Hop speed is double her normal movement. Tilly can Hop over some thin walls.

If a nearby allied champion takes champion damage, then Tilly cannot Hop for 5 seconds. Tilly will start Hopping instantly if she inflicts a positive effect on an allied champion.

Petal Brush (Q):

Cooldown: 7 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana

Tilly pulls out her paint brush, resetting the mouse cursor's position to her location and allowing the user to freely paint the ground with magnificent colours! There is only enough paint on the brush to paint a total of 1200 distance before the brush returns back to Tilly.

However, the faster you paint the ground, the more narrow and less damage you deal to struck enemies, the same enemy can only be struck once per cast; while the slower you move the brush, the broader the stroke and thus more damage you deal! Enemies will take between 20/30/40/50/60(+30%AP) to 80/120/160/200/240(+120%AP) magic damage, 85% damage against minions, and slow the target for 25/30/35/40/45%(+5% per 100AP) for 2 seconds.

Allies struck, excluding self, gain 10/15/20/25/30(+25%AP) bonus magic damage on hit and 1/7/13/19/25%(+4% per 100AP) bonus attack speed for 4 seconds.

Flower Drawings (W):

Cooldown: 4 seconds; Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana per second

Toggle: Tilly sketches and colours in beautiful flowers on the ground behind her as she moves around remaining in play for 3 seconds, healing allies, including self, while standing on the sketched ground for 10/25/40/55/70(+25%AP) health per second.

If Tilly is Hopping to a location with a flowery sketched ground, then she can Hop twice as far. While on the sketched ground, Tilly can Hop twice as far, this can occur once every 10/9/8/7/6 seconds [lowers with CDR], but does not include Hopping to sketched ground.

Ribbon Ring (E):

Cooldown: 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana; Ribbon Length: 1400 units

Tilly pulls out a ribbon for 5 seconds that follows her movement path and when she crosses over the ribbon, then she pulls on it and pulls in all struck enemies together that is in the middle of the encircled ribbon, stunning them afterwards for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds and dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+50%AP) magic damage. Tilly always Hops while running around with her Ribbon.

Additionally, any struck allied champions will grab onto the ribbon indefinitely, getting pulled along by Tilly until all struck allied champions let go of the ribbon by issuing a movement command - which removes the ribbon from play. Past 5 seconds, can no longer wrap around enemies.

(Cooldown begins immediately.)

Popping Painting (R):

Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 50 mana; Range: 700 units / Global

Passive: Tilly restores 30/85/140(+30%AP) mana whenever she goes through her paintings, can only occur once every 5 seconds.

Active: Tilly creates a beautiful painting on the target terrain, cannot cast on champion created terrain, that remains indefinitely until either replaced or destroyed by taking 600/1000/1400(+150%AP) magic damage. A maximum of two paintings can be in play at a time.

Once two paintings are in play, they become active, allowing Tilly to teleport to the other painting by clicking on it when near it. Tilly can only Hop through a painting however, she cannot simply walk into it! Tilly can pull through allied champions if they are being pulled with her ribbon.

On Painting Cast: Once two paintings are in play, Tilly can select a painting and destroy it, refunding the cooldown and 50% of the cost.

UPDATE NOTES:

Popping Painting: Mana restore upon entering a painting reduced to 30/85/140 from 60/120/180 (ratio unchanged) Mana restore cooldown reduced to 5 from 6 seconds

Added a second cast once two paintings are in play that has global reach, allowing the player to choose what painting they want to destroy.

Creating a 3rd painting would destroy the oldest painting unless you destroy a painting first to help decide where you want to teleport to between the two locations you set paintings to. This action cannot be used while on cooldown, but destroying a painting has a 0 second cooldown and 25 mana cost.

UPDATE NOTES (1):

Ribbon Ring: Renamed from Ribbon Ring Mural. Cooldown increased to 18-12 from 16-12 seconds Cost lowered to 70/75/80/85/90 from 75/80/85/90/95 mana Wall removed; now just has a 1400 total length Ribbon that follows her, if she can fulfill a circle and crossover, will pull in enemies (based on the ribbon circle) and stun and damage them. Duration increased to 5 from 4 seconds

(This was a wall of text, so I just removed power which reduces text in the process, plus there is no need for a random wall when the purpose is either stunning enemies or creating a train of allies that you pull along a rope [ribbon].)

All around looking great, but I think her ult's passive should be instead some flat amount of mana reg while within a painting.

UPDATE NOTES (2):

Petal Brush: ALL ALLIED CHAMPION: Base on hit damage lowered to 10-30 from 10-50 Bonus movement speed removed; was 25/30/35/40/45% +5% per 100AP for 4 seconds Now grants bonus attack speed of 1/7/13/19/25% +4% per 100AP for 4 seconds

ENEMY: Damage ratio increased to 30% - 120% from 25% - 100% ability power

Ribbon Ring: Cost increased to 70-110 from 70-90 mana

Popping Painting: Mana restore changed to 60/120/180(+30%AP) from 6/12/18% max mana Removed old text Painting base magic health increased to 600/1000/1400 from 600/900/1200 since she will be mostly a support - there is no magic resistance so magic damage is dealing true damage to the paintings
