Can we get a feature to pause the game after 3 min like dota can

Let's say you get an afk 20 minutes in and you absolutely need that person and a fight happens and you throw because if it. If your most fed was there, you would've won. That's where the pause feature comes in. Basically how it should works is you get a 3. 2 1 pause norifacation and a sound effect. The enmy can't unpause for 3 minutes if someone is afk unless if they come back. Also each player oy gets 3 pauses and the player who paused can't pause for 3 min. It's like in DotA 2. They have a feature that doesn't score the game if they leave and don't come back in hero select I'd they didn't pick before the timer or they were afk after it at the beginning of the game and they don't come back. You can keep playinh if you want or you can leave. It won't. The game won't be scored and you don't get punished for it. however if they leave in the middle of they game,you can pause. Even then and I know this won't happen in lol, you can take controll of them but you need good micro mechanics and you have to be good at swaping between thier abilites and yours. I use the tab key to do so. Infact heroes like lone druid are basically that and both ld's avatar and bar have their own abilities and inventories so when they are both full build, the game is basically 6v5 but the bear counts as a creep but pays just as much as a kill. He's a hero that will teach you That's how I stopped one as medusa. He can also resumon it to heal it.dota handles afk's right. He will teach you how to micro afk's. Another thing is you load into the game directly during hero select and if someone does t connect the game is cancelled. and it will drop you back into matchmaking. Since we don't have those options, we need a pause feature. It's not going to be, hold on I need to eat type of deal. Nobod would like that. It's obnoxious. DotA handles afk's right. Can we get a pause feture so that afk's don't ruin are games post 3 min.
