LORE Zaun is a city of many freaks and gangs. Therefore, it should be no surprise that a gang leader of freaks lives within the sewers of Zaun. Skrit, as he is called above ground, is the leader of an immense army of rats that have sworn loyalty to him. Why? Because he is a rat himself! Twitch is not the only mutated rat within the sewers of Zaun, unsurprisingly, and Skrit is just one of the many notorious ones. Rats often stick together very loosely, but Skrit has managed to have the most "loyal" rat army of any of the mutated rats beneath Zaun. He has even managed to have some of the other mutated rats temporarily join his army for high risk raids above ground with Twitch being his most frequent "friend". Raids upon the food supplies above ground are the most common form of raid for Skrit and those who follow him. They feast and feast upon the scraps those above ground don't deserve. Many have tried to exterminated the population of the mutated rats beneath Zaun, but they have all failed as they are usually found washed up in some back alley with crossbow arrows in their back and several teeth marks all over them. Some are never found again, but some of the skeletons that can be found in the sewers are believed to be what is left of those who have tried to exterminate the rats. Indeed, so far, not even the brightest minds of Zaun have found a way to kill off the rat population since the mutated rats are, for the most part, immune to the deadly chemicals made in Zaun since those chemicals are the very reason the mutated rats exist. Skrit's pack of rats has become more daring as of late. Raids upon the mansions of the Chem-Barons of Zaun have become very frequent and, as of late, food has begun to become something hard to come by in Zaun. Only the rich dine on anything decent these days and even they have rat issues. If the rat infestation is not dealt with soon, Zaun will most certainly perish from starvation and then the rats of Zaun will flood the other cities of Runeterra in search of food. Passive- Scavenge Innate: Enemy units that die within 3.5 seconds of Skrit damaging them will drop food onto the ground. Nearby rats will attempt to pick up the food and then bring it back to Skrit with 200% movement speed. If they bring it back to Skrit or Skrit walks over the food himself, he and all of his rats will be healed for 1.75/2.5/3.25/4% (+1% per 100 AP) health and have 1.5/2/2.5/3% (+1% per 100 AP) of Skrit's mana restored. Rats that die will carrying food will drop the food where they died. Food disappears after not being interacted with for 6.5 seconds. Levels: 1/6/11/16

Ability 1- Hidden Army Active: After a 2.5 second delay, Skrit and his army of rats become Camouflaged for the next 12/18/24/30/36 seconds, gaining 5/10/15/20/25 flat movement speed during this time. Rats are revealed when they attack a target. The entire army and Skrit are revealed when Skrit attacks or casts an ability. Cost: 25/40/55/70/85 mana Cool Down: 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 seconds after becoming visible

Ability 2- Rat Ale Cannon Passive: Skrit's basic attacks slow his target by 5/10/15/20/25 flat movement speed for 1.25 seconds. Skrit also has 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% increased attack speed, increased to 20/25/30/35/40% increased attack speed for 3 seconds while Camouflaged. Active: Skrit launches a flask of rat ale from his hand cannon, causing enemies within the targeted area to take 55/75/95/115/135 (+40% AP) magic damage and be applied near-sighted for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Enemy champions hit by this will take 2/3/4/5/6 (+1% AP) bonus magic damage from rat basic attacks and rats will prioritize them. Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana Cool Down: 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 seconds Range: 1000 AoE Radius: 275

Ability 3- Sewer Water Flasks Active: Skrit throws a flask of sewer water in the target direction, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+15% AP) magic damage to the first enemy unit hit and then splashing in a cone in the direction thrown if it hit an enemy, dealing 55/85/115/145/175 (+55% AP) magic damage to enemies in the cone. Enemies hit are slowed by 35/50/65/80/95% for 2 seconds (+0.5 seconds per 100 AP), the slow decaying over the duration. Cost: 55/65/75/85/95 mana Cool Down: 13/12.5/12/11.5/11 seconds Range: 900 Cone Degree: 55 Cone Range: 400

Ultimate- Rat Pack Passive: Every time Skrit visits his team's fountain, he will be joined by 3/6/9/12 (+1 per 100 AP) rats. If Skrit has not moved toward their target within the last 5 seconds or they exit their leash range, all of the rats attacking the target will retreat back to Skrit with 55/70/85/100% increased movement speed. Rats will regenrate 2/3/4/5% of their max health every second after not taking damage for 8 seconds. When a rat damages someone below 40% max health, their target is applied Grievous Wounds for 3 seconds. Rats' basic attacks deal magic damage. RAT STATS Health- 50/75/100/125 (+5/10/12.5/15% AP) Armor- 0/10/20/30 (+10% AP) Magic Resist- 5/20/35/50 (+15% AP) Movement Speed- 350/375/400/425 (+110/120/130/140% bonus movement speed) Attack Damage- 10/13/16/19 (+3% AP) Attack Speed- 1.25/1.3/1.35/1.4 Attack Range- 150 (Melee) Skrit begins the game with one point in this ability. Skrit is an Artillery Mage that can be used in the Jungle or Middle Lane to decent effect. He has an army of rats to attack his enemies with along with some long range spells to annoy and slow down his foes. His constant barrage and swarm of rats makes him a tough cookie to fight. His long duration stealth can allow him to pull off some nasty ganks by sending in a swarm of stealthed rats in before revealing himself at the right moment to finish off his enemies. His passive provides him with constant sustain in lane, but requires him to go get the food with his rats or himself, both of which can be killed. He himself is extremely squishy and mainly relies on his rat friends to do the attacking for him. His rat friends allow him to do some nasty early game damage especially, so watch out! Feedback is appreciated and thanks for reading! I think I might write some quotes for him soon since I like the dialogue for these kinds of characters.

Passive: Replace "food" term with "scraps" "Skrit marks enemy units for "Scavenging" for 3.5 seconds, Enemies that die with "Scavenging" marks on them drop "Scraps" onto the ground. "Scraps" are small meat bits that last 6.5 seconds (not using the 5 second rule? XD) "Scraps" can be picked up by Skrits rats and bring them to Skrit, Skrit rats can be targeted and killed by Aoe abilities or Champions auto attacks, if they are carrying "Scraps" they will drop it upon death, reseting the "Scarps" decay timer. Skrit can also manual pick up Scraps.

Your Q is just like Twitch's Q, just without the bonus Attack speed post-reveal. Twitch already does this better, So i suggest a rework. Maybe consider you can move a "Rat pack" to a target location, dealing DOT for 7 seconds, returning 50% damage health back in HP. Rat pack can be damaged, lowering the duration each second.

You say "hand cannon" is that his basic attack weapon? cause based on this "Rats (Rattus spp.) are adapted to hear very well, and they use the sense to communicate at ranges we cannot even detect. Because their hearing is so sensitive, they're much more attuned to noises in their environment that a human ear couldn’t even pick up, such as the sound of a thumb and forefinger rubbing together. It's important that pet owners understand rat hearing so they can be sensitive to it."

Why not his attack animation is the rats themselves? want to look into that or another attack weapon, a slingshot maybe? In DOTA, the Nerubian webslinger (not to sure if that's correct) his attacks went back and forth, your rats attacks can do that, and collect scraps on the way etc.

Again, Your W passive makes you more like Twitch than your individual character, since it this gives your the Attack speed i mention from your Q. in this care it blinds the champions instead.

Use your theme of your Rats more, example: throw a "scented vial" at a target area, enemies are marked as "Scavenged" and have increased damage against them by you and your rats.

Your E is the slow from twitch. i like that it can be thrown and the cone splash it a nice visual, probably replace your W with this instead.

Since your R is programed this way, put this at the top after your passive and before your Q, to explain the rat mechanic, was very confusing for a few lines not knowing how your rats work individually.

My concern is their health is not like wards, and can actually be burst down to oblivion. leaving you useless. Remove rats health (maybe like wards hit counter is better), your rats are easily killed by champions like Garen or Shyvana.

Research more into actual rats and thier unique animal traits and work that into the character and his abilities.

Right now he is just too close to Twitch in gameplay.
