Just wondering, since some of my favorite Legacy Skins (Kitty Kat Katarina, Ravenborn LeBlanc, Underworld Twisted Fate) are all Harrowing-themed, and I've not been able to purchase them yet.
Does anyone know? Also, will they be available for individual purchase, or by bundle? How were last year's Harrowing Skins handled?
They will undoubtedly pull a ton of skins out of the Vault for the Harrowing. Probably in "flash" sales that only last about 8 hours, and some bundles, some new skins, and maybe sales that last the entire event.

They have been back every Harrowing so far, don't see why they won't do it again this year.
Yeah they will most likely and this harrowing will be intresting.... since bilgewater having a crisis of finding a leader and then being hit by the harrowing.
