Shine, the Lost Star
Shine is a star fairy, created from deep inside a star, have very long tails, no legs or feet, and very aerodynamic bodies great for swimming, flying, and travelling through space; most importantly they possess very powerful magic. They are usually brightly coloured, Shine is a bright yellow herself, and around the same size of a yordle excluding the length of their tails.
Shine in particular is still pretty young and she likes wandering off and exploring. In fact she went out so far that she lost herself and ended up making herself a new home among the solar system of where Runeterra dwells. She found Runeterra by complete accident, but ended up liking the world so much she decided to make it her permanent home and explore everywhere the world has to offer.
The most fitting thing to do is make Shine as a roaming mage. Even though she may be a lost star, ironically enough she can make enemies find their way... to the grave that is!
Basic Attack Range: 500 / 1000 units
Movement: 340 units per second
Star Light, Star Bright (Passive): Static Cooldown: 5 seconds
Whenever Shine does not take damage for 5 seconds her next basic attack becomes magic damage, gains double its range, and deals +5 per level bonus magic damage on-hit. All damage on this attack is quadrupled against minions and monsters.
This attack deals half damage against enemy towers.
Star Burst (Q): Cooldown: 1 second; Cost: 1 Charge; Range: 500 units
Passive: Gain a charge every 12/11/10/9/8 seconds and upon executing a monster, up to a maximum of 4 at a time.
Active: Shine pulses out magic around her dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+60%AP) magic damage against struck enemies. This knocks back non-champions for 0.5 second.
Star Point (W): Cooldown: 30/27.5/25/22.5/20 seconds; Range: 2000 units
Shine creates a bright, visible beacon at the target location for the next 20(+5 per 100AP) seconds granting a large amount of vision. Shine can dash in the blink of an eye to this beacon within her attack range by right clicking on it if Star Light, Star Bright is currently available.
If enemies pass through a Star Point then they become stopped and stunned for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds, can only occur on the same target once every 5 seconds.
Supernova (E): Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds
Shine glitters and sparkles gaining 40/45/50/55/60%(+10% per 100AP) bonus movement speed, ignore unit collision, and cause her to take no damage for the next 5 seconds. After 5 seconds all damage Shine took from non-monsters is applied as true damage and she becomes slowed by 50% that decays over 2 seconds.
Black Hole (R): Cooldown: 150/120/90 seconds; Range: 700 units
Shine creates a great force from within her for the next 2.5 seconds grounding enemies near her. After 2.5 seconds the force collapses pulling enemies in to Shine's location over 0.5 second and then out to Shine's maximum attack range dealing 200/300/400(+100%AP) magic damage against struck enemies.
