"Oh the many wonders that surround the stars, and the far reaches beyond, and what can be seen travelling even beyond those far reaches, into other realms of existence." - Aurelion Sol

Introduction Lore: It was many eons ago when the Realms all existed as one Universe. Celestial beings ruled an empty infinity, filling it with their magic. Among these beings was one so menacing, that the only way to stop her was to divide reality into separate Realms, and trap her between the Realms of existence.

KOLRATH , THE TITAN OF REALMS

From Within Nothingness: There is no time to count the Eons passing; no space to reasssure a sense of reality. It's the perpetual echo of a single, drawn out note, but without sound to hear of it. No light to cast darkness. All that exists is a sinlge idea: "I must be free."

Appearance: Obsidian black with cosmic purplish and blue clouds for a skin color, slim female figure with six arms and four faces on a rotating head. She wields void-like thunderbolts like Javelins in each of her six hands, with her arms spread around her like a lotus, the voidish lightning creates an electrifying aura as it conduits between each hand. She wears golden metallic pauldrons that keep to her slim frame, and snowy white garb covers between her armor platings.

Gameplay Strengths and Weaknesses: Trying to balance the kit to be great, and still have counterplay. Kolrath will scale off Ability Power and Mana, and should be effective against other Mages. Kolrath should have trouble laning against Assassins for the same reason she excels against Mages, which rests around her Passive Ability shown below in the Abilities description. Kolrath is ideal for Mid Lane but could be entertained as a Support.

ABILITIES AND STATS

PASSIVE ABILITY: Cosmic Thunder Kolrath's thunderous aura consumes magic.

  • Kolrath's Basic Attacks hurl Cosmic Thunder at her target, dealing bonus AP shock damage in a small AOE.
  • Cosmic Thunder gains 1 stack whenever Kolrath uses an Ability or takes Magic Damage
  • Bonus damage = 3% Ability Power + .25 per Stack
  • Minerva gains 10% Bonus Magic Resistance. ( at 350 AP, and 200 Stacks, bonus damage = 60.5 )

"Q" ABILITY: Surge Kolrath releashes a blast of cosmic energy, electrifying her foes. Cooldown: 20 Seconds Mana Cost: 70 - 110 Damage: 70 - 190 (+ 3% AP +.25 per Stack of Cosmic Thunder)

  • Kolrath damages enemies in a large cone and slows their Movement Speed by 15% for 3 seconds.

"W" ABILITY: Lapse of Reality Kolrath poisons the mind of her victim with a terrible curse. Cooldown: 5 Seconds Mana Cost: 2% Maximum Mana per Second Damage: 1.5 (+2% Ability Power +1% Target's Ability Power)

  • Kolrath builds a conduit between herself and Enemy Champion within Range. Maintaining the conduit drains Kolrath's Mana.
  • Bound Enemy Champion takes damage per second.
  • If Bound Enemy Champion casts an ability, they are silenced for ( .6 / .7 / .8 / .9 / 1.0 ) Seconds upon casting.

"E" ABILITY: Shell Magic becomes null against the Shell Cooldown: 25 - 37 Seconds Mana Cost: 100 Duration: 3 - 5 Seconds

  • Kolrath builds a static shell surrounding herself that completely shields all Magic Damage for the duration
  • Magic Damage mitigated by Shell adds 2 Stacks of Cosmic Thunder
  • Enemy Champions bound to Kolrath through Lapse of Reality have their Silence duration doubled.

ULTIMATE ABILITY: Into Nothingness Kolrath brings the power of Nothingness to debilitate her enemies. Cooldown: 20 Seconds Cost: 100 Empty Mana

  • Kolrath begins the game with Into Nothingness, which has 4 Levels, Levelling at 6, 11, and 16.
  • Passive: Spending Mana converts ( 25 /50 /75 / 100 )% of Mana Spent into Empty Mana. Empty Mana appears as a purple bar on the Mana Bar in place of spent Mana. (This will function similarly to "Grey Health".)
  • Active: Kolrath phases from existence, becoming invisible and untargetable for 3 seconds. During this time Kolrath can move and still uses abilities. Casting Surge while Into Nothingness is active casts in an AOE around Kolrath, deals ( 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 )% extras damage and stuns enemies affected for 1.5 Seconds.

Also the name Kolrath, the Titan of Realms is very similar to Nautilus the Titan of the Depths

maybe change it to

  1. Goddess of Realms
  2. Destroyer of Realms
  3. Prisoner of Realms
  4. Magic of Realms
  5. Outcast of Realms
  6. Freedom of Realms

or anything else you like [vlad-salute]

Hello,

So lore and looks are brilliant although I don't think she should wear clothes (I am not a pervert) just like AurelionSol she does not need them. maybe some cosmic golden stardust to cover her.

She wears golden metallic pauldrons that keep to her slim frame and snowy white garb covers between her armour platings.

I like that you made her with strengths and weaknesses

should be effective against other Mages. Kolrath should have trouble laning against Assassins

Passive - sounds good just small suggestion, make her passive have a cooldown (10s) while increasing damage per stack. This is so people would not build Attack Speed because from what I understood her every AA has Cosmic Thunder.

Q and E both have a long cooldown while W is damage over time with 'while in range' damage. My suggestion is to lower CD on her Q so she could trade and poke with it. (if u do also lower the damage to accommodate that)

E rather than negate all MD it would be more balance to negate only some. basically just giving her big Magic shield (Morgana style) based on %AP (100%?) This is so she would still take some damage when hit with AP Ult like veigarsVeigar

I am not a fan of her R, invisibility is more for assassins and Junglers but I love the idea about empty mana we just need to find more use for it like for example all her empty mana is changed into AP (I am not sure about exchange rate) for 5s making her very powerful even if enemy is fed.

Also, her being on support is not a good idea since adc do physical damage and her W is damage over time meaning she could steal some kills from her adc

But overall you are on the right track to perfect mid lane mages punishing tool.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
