Tell me how this person gets a "Mod" position when all they have done is troll posts and provoke people?

Care to explain? This isn't naming and shaming. Rujitra has made a shameful name for themselves on their own merit. It's a legitimate question. When the common conception of the player is that they're a troll, what are the standards for becoming a Mod?

Fuck sign me up then. At least I have an education in psychological development, behavioral psychology, politics, sociology, and actually care about the ENTIRE community and not just a couple cherry picked subservients.

Just to clear up the missunderstandings: rujitra is not a moderator and doesn't have more rights than you or me. The titel "specialist" is usually reserved for players who showed a lot of knowledge and have proven themselves at "their" subboards.

While I might have phrased it more tactfully, Rujitra has a valid opinion. It's simply not feasible for Riot to accept "what I said isn't offensive because it's in a different language" because then people will start trying to use that as a way to bypass bans. Riot doesn't like banning people and we've seen cases where they've reduced or removed suspensions in cases where review showed the usage to be innocuous.

The problem with that post is that it doesn't provide the full chat logs to provide context. As such, we can't say for certain that they were thanking someone for letting them get either kills or CS (the excerpt isn't clear), even though that seems likely. Unfortunately, because of the way people are on the internet, this is something that has to be reviewed by Riot themselves.

Riot does not support the Danish language in ANY region of League of Legends. As such, it does not MATTER. I can say that my native language of Hooplah uses the "n/f" words to mean something different. That doesn't mean it's acceptable in League. If you are using a non-supported language that conflicts with the supported languages, that's your own problem.

Completely ignorant, racist remarks. And THIS is the image you want Mods to have??
