Glamorous Rammus here.

[slayer-jinx-catface]

So, a quick rundown: I wanted to come up with an Ionian-fighter support type champion. Basically, a fast sword technique aimed at protecting allies. I think this kit would appeal to many Support players, giving them the glorious fluidity of a hypercarry champion, with the utility of an excellent support class. So here's what I came up with, I hope you like the concept!

Background of Tsun Chi, The Lost at Heart

The setting sun granted a majestic pink and orange sky along the horizon. The sleek silver pauldrons on Tsun Chi's shoulders wore a pinkish gold glimmer in the dimming light. Tsun stared into the horizon with fixed determination; for years of war and bloodshed were over at long last, and his new destination lie ahead...

_ Tsun first went to battle after a bandit raid against his Ionian village took the life of his wife and daughter. Tsun was a young man, tilling the fields a long way off when bandits had attacked the market place. Flames rose high, polluting the sky with pluming black smoke. Tsun ran back to his village as fast as his legs would allow, but when he got there it was too late. The burned down remains of his home were found crushing the charred corpses of Tsun's young family. Tsun led a small militia of farmers into battle, where he displayed an incredible skill with the blade. With only two battles, the word of Tsun's skills and intentions spread: and with it, the bandits fled. Tsun chased the bandits, far and wide. Travelling Runeterra with a small company of followers, Tsun became a hero of the people wherever evil had prevailed. No matter how much Tsun fought against the evils, nothing could shake the sorrow of his loss._

The trail winded along the valleys of the many hills, the journey was steady and silent. Upon nightfall, Tsun would lie awake until the memories of bloodshed left him exhausted. Each flicker of firelight seemed to ignite a different memory of some gruesome engagement. The ghosts of his victims moaned through the crackling flames. Faces of his comrades reeled in his mind, calling for Tsun to help. "If only I could have fought to save you", Tsun thought as the dying flames became the images of the family he lost, finally laying Tsun to sleep.

After a month of travelling, Tsun had finally reached his glorious destination. The League of Legends.

Q: Guarding Thrust 50/60/70/80/90 Mana 15 second cooldown 30/45/60/75/90 (+5% Attack Damage) physical damage

  • Tsun Chi thrusts his sword in target direction, dealing damage and pushing enemies back.
  • If Guarding Thrust is cast after Aid in Combat Tsun Chi sweeps his sword in a semi-circle instead.

W: Deflection 75/80/85/90/95 Mana 30 second cooldown +10/15/20/25/30% Movement Speed

  • Tsun Chi readies his blade to deflect the next attack, projectile, or targeted ability from Enemy Champion while increasing his Movement Speed for the duration.
  • Attacking or casting an ability cancels Deflection and places it on 50% cooldown. If nothing is deflected after 3 seconds, Deflection is cancelled and placed on a 50% cooldown.

E: Aid in Combat 55/65/75/85/95 Mana 18/16/14/12/10 second cooldown

  • Tsun Chi dashes to Bound Ally, and increases both their Attack Speed by 50% for 5 seconds.

Ultimate: Unyielding Protection 100/125/150 Mana 60 second cooldown EDITED: 15/30/45 (+3.5% Attack Damage) physical damage per second. 15/20/25% (+.35% Bound Ally's Missing Health) Slow.

  • (passive) Cooldown for Defensive Reflexes reduced to 120/90/60 seconds.
  • Tsun Chi dashes around Bound Ally and slashes his sword frantically for 3 seconds, dealing damage and slowing enemies in an AOE around Bound Ally. Tsun Chi then dashes back to his starting location.
  • While Unyielding Protection is active Bound Ally's Health can not be reduced to zero (undying).
  • If Bound Ally's Health drops to 1, enemies in the AOE are stunned for 1 second, and Unyielding Protection ends.
  • When the effects of Unyielding Protection are over, Bound Ally's next basic attack gains 100% Lifesteal. EDIT: Not a God Tsun Chi takes 25% of the damage dealt to Bound Ally for the duration of the ability. Ultimate now deal less damage to compensate. This Edit is to prevent Tsun CHi from becoming immune to damage during his Ultimate.

Some questions. How does the ally bound work? Permanent with item like Kalista? Selectable with CD (same interface Kindred uses?)?

I think it is option 2, but want to be sure. And I think he has too much power in his ult. Would take away some stuff from it and put power elsewhere.

His W shouldn't deflect for 3 seconds in my opinion. It should be a reactive skill. I like the thematic of the champ.^^

Hi, I thought I would come to take a quick review.

I think it's moderately interesting, in that you have an aggressive sort of fighter support champion.

The key issues I would like to bring up is, among other things, how the passive works. It doesn't seem defined very well. For example, do you receive damage reduction upon autoattacking, or is the system defined differently? Similarly, how do you pick an ally? Is it Kindred style (which I would feel is the best way of handling this) Is there a range to this ability, or does it affect globally? While most of these issues are largely that of semantics, I feel that they are quite important in fleshing out your character.

Q is an interesting ability with good spaces for skill expression. A minor touchup I would suggest is to adjust the scalings, as they are overly low even for a support character.

W I find to be effective, if a little strange. I do like how it can be used offensively and defensively, but it's also very easy to counterplay, meaning that your enemy can simply attack you once to remove your main form of gapcloser. Similarly, it leaves him very vulnerable if you don't have an ally to move around with. This is a similar issue I have with the E, in while they are effective, they may be overly simple and that limits the potential you have in terms of playing this character.

R seems to be a fair ability, but adjusting the cooldown upwards to something like 120/100/80 would bring it more into line with current support-level ultimates. I also feel that you could attach a passive that reduces the time before you can select a new Bound ally, since that is probably one of your greatest limiters here - you're fairly powerful with your ally close by, but pretty much useless without.

Overall, I think that the thematic of a attack speed building support, who also focuses on similar is quite interesting, but you definitely can do more to expand in terms of exploring the thematic space!

Let me know what you think!

Why are his damage scalings so low. 5% AD? With a max 90 damage. Mid game and late game that is so pathetically weak. He will be doing nothing. As a support you still need better scaling than that since supports don't really build damage...

"support style" stopped reading.

Its not a bad concept but this seems like a more annoying yasou and will be terrible in low elo (also seems to have the same kit of braum except for a knock back instead of slow)

Edited the details in his Ultimate to balance certain issues. Let me know what you think.
