Could we get a Pool Party Gamemode Next?

A really relaxing gamemode, where people can just chill and have fun, to capture the idea of a nice summer break. Combine that with a new summoner's rift texture and you got the basis for the gamemode. Perhaps people could have to collect shells or sand from around the map to build a sandcastle, and the first one to build it wins. It'd be sorta like dominion in which you capture objectives, but be on a fresh-looking map with a good theme.

And now, a rant:

WHY IS IT THAT WHEN I PUT A CONCEPT IN THE CONCEPT AND CREATIONS TAB IT GETS REMOVED AND TOLD TO BE PUT IN THE GAMEPLAY TAB, BUT WHEN I PUT SOMETHING GAMEPLAY-RELATED IT GETS REMOVED AND TOLD TO BE PUT IN THE CONCEPT AND CREATIONS TAB?
