When he jumps to a ward, he thinks he's saving his low health ally, but in actuality he jumped right in front of an enemy and kicked them. Cut Lee Sin some slack, he's doing his best.

I think he should be significantly slowed for like 2-3 seconds after using his kick. IRL if you had that kind of a kick your leg(s) would be hella tired and you wouldn't walk as fast. Then his enemies would have a chance to run/flash etc. after he Q's onto them after ulting.
