Defining the "Arclight" "Justicar" and "Arbiter" themes
Recently Arbiter
has been changed to be a part of the "Arclight" skin set. While the skin fits in the set appearance-wise, the name sounds a bit awkward imo. I feel like it would be best keeping the skin name as Arbiter Vel'Koz and holding off adding another addition to the Arclight skin line because and I quote
"It has been stated that Arclight
is how
looked after he used the power of the corruption, but "before the darkness consumed him".
To me Arclight has always felt like a theme for champions who are dark and corrupted but weren't always so, and Arclight is them before darkness took hold.
Now onto the other skins themes. Vel'Koz DEFINITELY should not be part of the Justicar set. Justicar is a sort of "Altered fate" set of skins for the chaotic and evil champions. Vel'Koz simply seeks knowledge, like all void champions (except maybe
?) he is not inherently evil he hungers for knowledge in the way
hungers evolution and the other void champions are just hungry. Sure Void Champions could be considered as chaotic forces that threaten Runterra but they aren't evil per-se...
Good examples of possible skins for the Justicar set are

Now to "Arbiter", Arbiter champions are those who "stand in judgment". A champion with the skin should be powerful (lore wise at least). Arbiter skins feature champions that are super serious but at the same time they remain calm collected, elegant in the way they carry out their "duty". Since Vel'Koz was the only one with the skin it can be kind of hard to pinpoint an exact theme other than "Protoss" but these are some champions who I think would fit the the Arbiter theme.
(I know there is an Arclight fan-skin but a light themed Thresh skin is better off in the Arbiter set)
