We don't necessarily need more lines for every champion (although that would be nice), but maybe some more on-screen buffs
For example, every time Sion kills/assits in killing J4 he can have a counter that says "Kings Killed" or "Crowns obtained" and Jarvan can have a counter that says "# of times avenged"
(Also please bring back Eggnivia and the Flippin Ninja buffs)

Some voice dialogue for killing rivals or counters should be more than enough. Rengar vs. Kha changed the game way too much.
Lord Dusteon6 votesAlso, please make unique taunts + jokes trigger in a much wider range. Played as Sion vs J4 a while ago, taunted him constantly in lane and only had Sion's default taunts come up, even when I was standing right next to him.

Kitten of Evil3 votesI would enjoy this a lot. For example, why is there an Ashe/Sejuani/Lissandra event only in Howling Abyss? I know HA is supposed to be in Freljord, but it's the kind of a fun diversion that makes the game a bit more interesting and has literally no consequence but that neat crown.
There are a lot of neat lore interactions that could be added --
Azir, Sivir, Nasus, Renekton, Amumu (all from Shurima or in Siv's case, descended) Cassiopeia, Talon and Katarina (all close to the Du Cocteau family of Noxus) Lux and Garen (brother and sister) Kayle and Morgana (sisters) Anivia, Valor (Quinn's R), Swain (birds of a feather!)

That part is just so wrong it made my skin crawl. Yes I know it's "technically" accurate right now but Riot needs to get the idea that they can just recast their champions on a whim out of their system fast. It's rapidly undermining the integrity of the game.
Aside from that I agree with your point, why don't we have more of these?
