I'm really sad people stopped asking for Surprise Party Illaoi.

I thought it was honestly one of the best community ideas anyone's come up with, and I've seen A LOOOOOTTTTT of ideas.

Some of the highlights from the old posts were wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube men tentacles, a disco ball for a weapon, funny colored clothing, funny hair and makeup, and a nice musical fanfare whenever she uses her ultimate. Her E could be something like a stagehand cane for when people are performing poorly in oldey-timey stage plays.

It just fits so well with the surprise party theme, and I want so badly to whack people with tube men, or see someone whacking someone with tube men.
