Hona [ho - nah] is a 140 centimetre tall half-fox and half-raccoon 'man' when standing on his hind legs, which he does most of the time. His primary role is a melee range by default mage whose play style is based entirely around stealing from his enemies, both in permanent and temporary bonuses.

Basic Attack Range: 250 units (He uses an expensive golden scepter sending magic bolts for his basic attacks, once he reaches 400+ units his basic attacks are considered ranged) Movement: 335 units per second

The Power of Thievery (Passive): Whenever Hona gains a kill or an assist he permanently gains bonuses based on the dying enemy champion:

5% of their basic attack range to his own, up to a maximum of 750 units. 5% of their bonus attack damage to his own. 5% of their ability power to his own.

Stolen Time (Q): Cooldown: 6/5.25/4.5/3.75/3 seconds; Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana; Range: 950 units Passive: Whenever Hona is affected by disables he stores up 50% of the duration, up to a maximum of 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds.

Active: Send a blast of time magic in the target direction to deal 60/90/120/150/180(+50%AP) magic damage to all enemies struck and stunning the first enemy struck for 0.75 second plus an additional amount based on the duration stored up consuming the stored up duration.

Shadow Cage (W): Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds; Cost: 80 Mana; Range: 1050 units; Radius: 500 units Create a circle of shadows at the target location for up to 3.5 seconds that if an enemy touches the shadow perimetre they take 30/45/60/75/90%(+75%AP) of their current movement speed as magic damage and are silenced for 2.25 seconds, enemies can only be affected by the same shadow circle one time.

Enemy dashes, jumps, and instant teleports are stopped at the shadows if they attempt to go past them.

If Hona moves past these shadows he will silence himself for the same duration storing up the full duration for Stolen Time instead of 50%.

Taken Life (E): Cooldown: 4 seconds; Cost: 75 Mana; Range: 1400 units Passive: Dying enemies heal Hona for 2/4/6/8/10(+5%AP) health if he directly executed or helped with the dying enemy, 5 times the heal for large units.

Active: All enemies currently under a silence, stun, suppression, or currently airborne take 6/8.5/11/13.5/16%(+1% per 100AP) of their maximum health as magic damage.

If enemies are immune to crowd control then they receive a debuff duration equal to the crowd control's duration allowing Taken Life to be used on them (max 400/450/500/550/600 damage against monsters).

Master Thief (R): Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana; Range: 1000 units Passive: Hona can use this ability's icon as a 7th item slot, but once an item has been placed here it cannot be taken out or sold. Items with actives can no longer have their active used when in this slot.

Active: Gain bonus statistics for 12 seconds based on the type of enemy champion and their items Master Thief was used on:

Mage: Gain 60/120/180 Ability Power, 200/300/400% Mana Regen, and 20% Cooldown Reduction. Marksman: Gain 40/60/80 Attack Damage, 60/90/120% Attack Speed, and 20/25/30% Critical Strike Chance. Tank: Gain 20/35/50 Armor and Magic Resist, 200/350/500 Health, and 200/300/400% Health Regen.

EDIT 1:

The Power of Thievery: Now gains 5% of ability power from kills and assists from 2.5% Reasoning for this is because at most there will only be 1 or 2 dedicated ability power users on the enemy team and sometimes none, plus it involves them dying and Hona participating in the kill.

Stolen Time: Cooldown lowered to 6/5.25/4.5/3.75/3 from 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds Stored duration increased to 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds Stun duration lowered to 0.75 from 1 seconds, so maximum stun is still 2-3 seconds based on rank

Shadow Cage: Silence duration increased to 2.25 from 2 seconds This is both to match the stored duration increase and make the shadow perimetre more threatening to give a real reason for someone to stay within the circle rather than running pass it every time, it also has a more punishing factor for miss using the spell since Hona can silence himself. Shadow Cage is instant with no cast time, to maximize its anti-mobility effect I want from it. Base damage lowered to 30/45/60/75/90% from 20/40/60/80/100% of enemies' current movement speed

Taken Life: Stated the ability can be used against crowd control immune enemies and stated the monster cap damage; so an ulted Olaf and Baron can be damaged by this ability, nothing changed however just needed to clarify this

Stolen Items: Items cost 6/8/10% less gold from 4/7/10% Clarify the obvious here, it copies everything at reduced value except actives for Stolen Items' active; so statistics, passives, and auras. Also if the ult'd target has health items you gain health like Renekton, Nasus, and Lulu ultimates, and having a deathcap already and stealing from a target with a deathcap will add on both values (so unique passives are not applied when it comes from Stolen Items, same goes for unique auras). And to clarify the ultimate has no effect on the target you ult'd, you are only taking a portion of the items that they have for yourself temporarily.

Alright here's my opinion on your champ. Sorry if I'm a bit harsh.

Passive: I'm honestly not a big fan of this too much. its a cool idea but it turns Hona into an absolute snowball machine. Even if you manage to put Hona incredibly behind come mid/late game all it take is on good teamfight and Hona is back in the game. It just makes Hona into a snowbally stat machine which eventually overruns the game with all his stolen stats.

Q: Nice idea, though I'm not sure how practical it is. From what I'm seeing Hona is some kind of AP Hyper carry like Veigar who overwhelms his opponents with the stats he gets from his passive and ult so generally he wants items that let him get more kills like ludens and deathcap which means he squishy and if he gets cced he's generally screwed. But I guess that's what the w is for.

W: Cool ability, I like how it synergies with the q. Perhaps put a delay on it like Veigars w? Becasue a 2.25 aoe instant silence is really OP and 5 secods is a really log time.

E: I really don't see why he needs so much sustain?

R: Not a big fan of this as well, you're punishing your opponents for getting stronger which isn't exactly a fun experience. Look a Veigar and all the hate he got recently because of his ult scaling with your ap. I don't really understand why he needs the discount

Overall: I'm sorry but I'm not a big fan of this idea. he doesn't feel like a fun champion to play against as he punishes you for becoming stronger and if you make a mistake he'll snowball out control with his passive.

EDIT 2:

Shadow Cage: Cage duration lowered to 3.5 from 5 seconds
