Do Champion Concepts Get Looked At?
I saw a thread about Skin Concepts and if they were looked at and thought about for future skins? Do Champion Concepts ever be looked at for potential ideas?

Something tells me that Gnar was pulled off of the boards/forums. Though it seems that in order for it to be brought to the attention of the developers it needs to be upvoted a lot, which people don't seem to get into the habit of when they look at the threads.
