Item Concept - Staff of Endless Mana

When Clarity was removed as a summonerspell on Summoners Rift, there wasn't much outcry, especially since mana management isn't as big a problem for most people outside of tanks/fighters because of Blue Buff, Ocean Drake, and just large mana pool itemization on mages, sometimes though, it isn't quite enough, especially in LONG drawn out sieges.

Dota 2 has "Arcane boots" which allow a support to spend a bit of mana, to refill mana in an area around them.

I was thinking of something similar to that for League as a support item

BUILD: item 3024 +item 3113 +250 gold = 2100 Stats: 40 AP 45 Armor 400 Mana 10% CDR Unique: 15% movement speed out of combat.

Unique Active: Clarity - Infuse all allies in X radius with 80-700 Mana based on level of target to the target. (120 second cooldown)

Considering locket and redemption already exist, I don't want the support role to turn into a health and mana battery for the "important people."

Seems like a cool item, a bit of a side note. You lost the movement speed from Aether Wisp and should probably add it back. I really like clarity.

This would remove mana gating, which is a weakness to siege comps. It would allow mayhem in the LPL / LCK, where they like to play super safe, no risk, high reward siege comps with Ezreal and Varus.

agreed -- even when i build item 3070 on garen, i never seem to get any mana for fights.

ok, jokes aside it's an interesting item. I doubt most supports would build it just so one or 2 teammates can restore their mana, but at higher ranked play, pre-mades, and in pro scene it might get some use
