Perma Ban Redemption Idea

No idea if i should post this here or Player Behavior and Moderation.

Also i love how people treat Perman Ban player like murders lol.

Last week i was perma Ban which i deserve for being a "raging" "salty" "toxic" Tryndamere main player. Was given many warnings, but never knew how close i was. Not like i didn't try to be good it just i had rough stuff going on in my life. After having sending in couple of tickets to riot about begging for forgiveness they pretty much said no. I don't blame them, i bet i would do the same thing. It just the only thing that really hurts is how much money and time was spent on that account.

So i was like thinking maybe riot should have a new system giving those player one last chance.

Like making a new account and linking it to your Permanent Ban Account and you have to achieve a certain amount of goals to prove to riot that you really had change and the Permanent Ban was the true wake up call. Cause really i think Permanent ban is a little to harsh.

For example

-Must reach level 30 -Must have at least 50 champions -Must have a certain amount of IP -Must have a certain number of runes -Must have a certain amount of Honor points.

Cause Trying to not be toxic in blind pick is a true test of mental strength. So many auto locks.

But if you get any sort of punishment while leveling up your new account like chat restriction your account is truly lost. Also if you get any of your account ban they are both permanently ban.

I am still going to play the game, but i won't buy anymore skins that for sure.

What do you guys thinking? I know they can program something like this i went to college for programming computer and video games.
