A wild nitpicking scoundrel has appeared

#Zelia - The Shadow Broker
Passive: The long duration information bundles stay around and the fact that she doesn't need to be involved in the kill makes collecting the bundles feel too passive in my opinion. I like the new twist on a gold passive, but I feel like she should work more for it like GP and Draven. Parts of the description seem to be missing due to formating.
Q-Ability: Flaming dagger, but no DOT? Seems a bit odd. A small Dot that is empowered by E would seem more coherent.
W-Ability: Camouflage or invisibility? Somewhat disconnected from the rest of the kit, which is mostly ranged. Typo?: W empowers W, but not E.
E-Ability: How does W ignite the Oil? The oiled duration seems very long and the level progression isn't linear. Considering the mobility and stealth from W a ground effect seems somewhat unnecessary and guarentees a sucessfull EQ combo (counterplay?).
R-Ability: Seems weird for spread powder to create a knockup, but GPs barrel not to. Considering Ultimates are supposed to be specific to the champion, an explosion seems inapropriate for a Shadow Brooker.
Overall: The WERQ combo and the passive encourage ganks and map presence, but she doesn't have much survivability for jungling and before 6 she lacks CC. Thematically only her Passive seems to fit her role as a Broker, which would be ideal for a vision based ambush playstyle.
#Nicholas - The Bilgewater Warlord
Passive: Gameplaywise it seems like a variation of Varus's passive, as it only triggers upon champion kills and as such is more snowbally.
Q-Ability: I dislike the skillshot interaction as it is too specific, one spellshield or straight away untargetability would be preferable IMHO.
W-Ability: If you are cutting them deeply why does it matter if you hit their front- or backside? I'd actually argue that you would deal less damage hitting them front (due to them seeing the blow coming).
E-Ability: How is it different from Fiora W?
R-Ability: 50% damage increase, potentially against 5 champions does synergize very well with the passive, but doesn't seem fun to play against. Especially the fact that he can win the "war" even if no fighting happens, due to higher health or recalls seems odd considering the ability is called To the Death.
Overall: A good champion for cleaning up the enemy team due to his R and P, but he sounds weaker in that regard than Yi or Kata due to his mobility being limited to one skill. Thematically I miss the leading abilites of a Warlord, making him more akin to a warrior.
#Cullen - The Artificer
Passive: Pretty basic and considering the % increase somewhat snowbally.
Q-Ability: Due to the secondary damage being quite low it seems lacking as a waveclear tool (lv 1 it deals about 5-8 damage to the primary target and about 0.6 to secondaries).
W-Ability: Seems similiar to Ziggs W.
E-Ability: Does it provide sight and reveal enemies? Good Anti-Gank or zoning tool with decent counterplay.
R-Ability: Somewhat similiar to W and rather basic.
Overall: Kitwise he seems lacking as his abilities are rather basic, which could be fine on other champions, but for being THE Artificer they seem to lack a custom made charm.
Zelia and Nicholas seem rather interesting, but could use some more work to make their thematics more appearent. Cullen could use a bigger overhaul.
As always, I only represent my humble nitpicky opinion and don't speak for anyone else or the real quality of content.
