Champion concept. Cerbus the savior

OK so the basics

Cerbus is jarvans younger broulther thought to be dead. He couldn't stay out of trouble and constantly was out adventuring and discovering the world. His adventuring brought him to the shadow isles where he found a ring off of a corpse. When the ring was worn he was able to see ghosts and become one himself. He immediately headed for his ship to return to demacia and was met by thresh. Thresh opened his Lantern and he was imprisoned.

Then comes along Lucian and Senna. When thresh opened the Lantern to imprison senna cerbus put his ring on and escaped the Lantern without qs. Ghost. He traveled back home where everyone thought he was dead. Later he heard thresh was in the league of ledgends so he decided to join determined save people trapped as ghosts and to catch thresh in his own Lantern and save Senna who saved him.

He's friends with Lucian and jarvan obviously

Enemy's with thresh

Passive: any ally minion or champion killed in a 1000 radius will sometimes remain around as ghosts ( similar to threshs passive) if collected they will follow cerbus around granting him health, health regen, aid his attacks. Max 3
