League of Legends movie

Riot has done an amazing job on their cinematic trailers, and I for one would love to see a animated league of legends movie. Over 100 million people play league at least once a month, that seems like more than enough people who enjoy league and would go see a movie. Runeterra is a whole world riot has created, so really the main thing would be writting a story, and then animating the story. We already know riot is great at animating, so riot really just need a great story. Would you be intrested in a league of legends movie??? I for one would love to see a league of legends movie on the big screen

No. And it's annoying how people keep pushing for it when it's a terrible idea. Cinematics and short stories are enough.

It really is a bad idea. Warcraft had a rich lore and useable characters, but even that wasnt enough to make a good movie. LoL has no potential for a movie.

On the clip: It's nice, but it's nowhere near the quality you see in Blizzard cinematics. Especially the faces look fake and rather stiff.

VIDEO GAME MOVIES NEVER WORK, NEVER WILL WORK, NEVER SHOULD WORK, STOP PUSHING FOR VIDEO GAME MOVIES. The reason they never work is because people play video games because they like to interact with the characters, when that get's put in a movie, they get bored. Just stop asking for guaranteed failures already...

Video game movies don't have a great track record dude, not to mention that making a good narrative for a game or a short video is completely different then actual full-length feature motion picture. So a League of Legends animated series let a lone a League of Legends movie is never, ever going to happen as much as the idea for one may be tempting or interesting. If you really want something like that you're better off reading the short-stories and stuff at the Universe page.
