Watcher Vel'Koz (or Freljord Vel'Koz)

In the LoL Wikia, it's said that although there were speculations that was one of the Watchers due to visual similarities and due to a quote from .

Then Riot said that Vel'Koz is not a watcher, and he probably has no connection with them, although a Void portal in Freljord is possible.

But what if Riot made a skin that would show how Vel'Koz would look like if he was one of the Watchers? After all, a skin does not need to be canon, so it's not like Riot would have to do things such as changing the quotes from the shopkeepers from Howling Abyss. It would also be a great opportunity to further develop the history from the Watchers and Freljord, for example; explaining what was the revenge that Lissandra had, explained in her quote after you win on Howling Abyss.

Also, there is a lack of connection between Freljord and the Void. Such a skin would be an opportunity to start creating such connection.
