Sorry but the mouth looks like she had an argument with her boyfriend and he gave her a hard punch.

I would make her lips wider, less obvious, and the same amount as "tall". Her nose could definetly be bigger, I might opt for an "anime" style nose. The eye is fine in look but could be a little lower and towards the center. Hair, hood, and ears are placed perfectly pretty much. I'm not sure how to help with the hair, I would just smooth it out as it has a lot of unnecessary detail with so many lines.

Finally, the shadow on her chin changes too drastically. Either smooth it out or lessen the contrast. I'd be glad to help you on any thing else, just ask. Keep it up!

EDIT: I noticed the chin could be pushed forward a little more.

I don't have a pick to compare to, but the chin/mouth look a little off. Either on their own would seem fine, but together they just don't seem to line up correctly (in my eyes).
