Can we have a new Taliyah skin?

I'd really like to see a new Taliyah skin. She has been out for more than 7 months now, and there have been many skin creations lately where she would have fit into. Taliyah could have gotten a nice arcade skin, a cool star guardian skin or even a lovely valentine skin, as she is a lovely lady, but unfortunately, you didn't take the chance to create such an awsome skin for her. There is not even a chroma for her. A chroma would be fine for now, and there are many cool chroma ideas out there, I just wonder why you do not take one of those ideas. Creating a chroma should not be too hard, or am I wrong there?
