Nifley, the Might of Freljord
Nifley is a giant and mighty land dragon. So big and tough that she can be mistaken as a small mountain at times when she isn't moving, i.e. sleeping. Land dragons cannot fly since they have no wings, but their size and weight also makes it hard for them to fly even if they had wings, but their power more than makes up for their lack of mobility.
Nifley is going to be a support-type, I am pushing her in this direction because we lack support champions and super cool arch-types like a freaking Dragon or a Dark Lord in the support role. By the way being an ice dragon Nifley breaths icy breath, its like fiery breath but the complete opposite on the temperature scale, you freeze to death rather than burn to death.
Basic Attack Range: 600 units Attack Speed: 0.544 +4% per level Movement: 325 units per second Cold Blood Pool: 200 +25% bonus mana Cold Blood Regeneration Base Value: 10 per attack and/or 10 per second
Cold Blood (Passive): Nifley uses Cold Blood to cast her abilities. Nifley recovers Cold Blood by either attacking or standing still.
Nifley can increase her maximum Cold Blood with bonus mana and can increase the recovery rate of Cold Blood with % base mana regeneration.
At 200 Cold Blood or greater, Nifley's next basic attack will consume 50 Cold Blood and Freeze her target for 1.25 seconds. Frozen targets shatter the freeze effect if they take champion damage and are dealt 10% of their maximum health as true damage. Nifley can only shatter Frozen targets with Magic Mountain's damage.
Freeze durations cannot be reduced by tenacity and renders the target useless for the duration.
Frozen Blast (Q): Cooldown: 2 seconds; Cost: 30 Cold Blood; Range: 1000 units Nifley blasts a ball of ice in the target direction dealing 50/75/100/125/150(+50%AP) magic damage to the first enemy struck and Chilling it by 15/20/25/30/35% for 2 seconds. If the target was Chilled then it becomes Frozen instead for the same duration.
Unmovable (W): Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds; Cost: 75 Cold Blood; Range: 600 units Passive: Nifley gains 20/25/30/35/40% damage reduction while standing still.
Toggle: Nifley becomes motionless causing her to act as impassable terrain herself and be immune to all displacement effects. If an enemy uses a mobility effect near Nifley then she stops the target and brings them to her location while smashing their head into the ground dealing 160/210/260/310/360(+120%AP) magic damage, this places Unmovable on cooldown.
Magic Mountain (E): Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds; Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Cold Blood; Range: 400 / 1000 / 400 units 1st Cast: Nifley grabs a large chunk of earth from any terrain to be held for up to 3 seconds. Can be self-cast during Unmovable.
2nd Cast: Nifley tosses the chunk of earth through the air to land at the target location releasing magical properties dealing 10/11/12/13/14%(+1% per 100AP) of struck enemies' maximum health as magic damage (max 300 against monsters) and healing allies for 80/110/140/170/200(+70%AP) health.
The chunk of earth can lock-on to a target ally champion before casting, cannot lock-on to self.
The Mighty Dragon (R): Cooldown: 130/115/100 seconds; Cost: 100 Cold Blood; Range: 600 units Nifley erupts the area around her with deathly cold air stunning enemies for 0.75/1/1.25 seconds and then Freezing them for 1.25 seconds once the stun duration ends. Frozen enemies by The Mighty Dragon are dealt an additional 150/225/300(+50%AP) true damage if the Frozen effect shatters.
