http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/f/f9/Heimerdinger_Lab.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20150903021130 Ghenywur is an engineer that creates powerful structures that require upkeep to function properly. He also brings some powerful mechanisms to the battle field that provide powerful crowd control effects for his team. However, nothing mentioned so far lives up to his ultimate, Archengineer's Study, which provides himself with a shop out of his fountain that becomes more powerful with more levels in the ultimate. As an added bonus, it also gives Ghenywur his own personal Refillable Potion in the form of Cup of Morning Coffee. Add all this together with Ghenywur's ability to slowly repair his team's towers and you have yourself a valuable member of the team if you wish to control large areas of the battlefield and provide solid crowd control for your team.

LORE https://i.ytimg.com/vi/oLDGqXI80v0/maxresdefault.jpg Born a long time ago, Ghenywur was a genius of his time. Always by the side of his best friend, Heimerdinger, Ghenywur was always the one to clean up the mess the inventor left behind. When Heimerdinger built something, Ghenywur usually helped Heimerdinger refine it to a point of satisfaction. Usually not the type to be creative, Ghenywur makes up for it in his ability to repair. He didn't mind being in the shadow of his partner if it meant having his work appreciated by the old and young of this world. Plus, his friend's research and any bits of money that came with it were a pretty easy way to get enough money for retirement in their new home, Piltover. Ever since Ghenywur moved to Piltover, he has been known of, but never in the spotlight. As said before, he doesn't mind. He actually would prefer to remain in the shadows since Heimerdinger is usually having to deal with any bits of reporters that make it into the Yordle Academy of Science and Progress. When not fixing whatever was broken and improving what was not perfect, he spent time with his family that he was able to move to Piltover with him. His nephew was particular a sight to see after a long day tinkering. Ghenywur has recently taken up the hobby of watching the animals at the Piltover City Zoo. The many animals, both magical and... not so magical, all are fun for him to watch. They fascinate him with their behavior and, recently, this fascination has sometimes made into his work. On rare occasions, Ghenywur will actually build machines and lately has gotten into designing mechanical animals. He finds them wonderfully cute and hopes that they could one day be used as another option for yordle children who would like a pet to care for, yet did not have the money to take care of the food and medicine required for a live animal. At the Yordle Academy of Science and Progress, Ghenywur is known as the Archengineer. He has a much more direct effect on the academy since Heimerdinger is usually too busy to have his entire mind on the academy. Yordles and humans alike who attend the academy would not dare challenge his authority in fear of what consequences might await. However, unlike what the rumors say, Ghenywur is actually the much more cheerful and joyful one of the two great minds. You just have to get to know the old man. Just be sure to enjoy clam chowder from Bilgewater, because that's the only food he will accept if you ask where you could talk with him at in Piltover.

Passive- Archengineer Innate- Deep Thinking Naps: After standing still and not taking damage from an enemy champion, structure, or monster for the past 4 seconds, Ghenywur will begin to brainstorm ideas by taking a little nap. While taking a nap, he will regenerate 3% (+0.5% per level) of his total mana every second. Innate- Tinkerer: Ghenywur can basic attack a friendly tower to restore 10/15/20/25% (+1/2/3/4% per 100 AP) of the tower's missing health. This can only happen on the same tower once every 120/110/100/90 seconds. Levels: 1/6/11/16

Ability 1- Tesla Coil Active: Ghenywur constructs a large tesla coil at the target location that cannot be destroyed. Ghenywur can basic attack the tesla coil 5/5/4/4/3 times to activate the tesla coil for 6/8/10/12/14 seconds. While the tesla coil is active, it will shoot lightning at nearby enemies every 1/0.8/0.6/0.4/0.2 second(s), prioritizing enemy minions. Each lightning bolt deals 6/7/8/9/10 (+2.5% AP) magic damage, ignoring 25/30/35/40/45% of the target's bonus magic resist. After being activated, a tesla coil cannot be basic attacked by Ghenywur for 20 seconds, being reduced by cool down reduction. A max of 1/2/3/4/5 tesla coils can be alive at once, the oldest being destroyed upon a new tesla coil being created past the limit. When a tesla coil activates, all other tesla coils within it's lighting range are insantly destroyed. Cost: 70/85/100/115/130 mana Cool Down: 30 seconds Range: 400 Tesla Lightning Range: 600

Ability 2- Robot Poro Active: Ghenywur sets down a robotic Poro that will walk to the target location before, after a 0.5 second delay, charming nearby enemies to the robotic Poro for 1 second. Once the charm duration is up, the robotic Poro will release a jolt of electricity that deals 70/105/140/175/210 (+60% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies. The robotic Poro will then run back to Ghenywur. Cost: 75/90/105/120/135 mana Cool Down: 17/16/15/14/13 seconds Range: 1200 Walking Speed: 600 Charm and Electricity AoE Radius: 275 Run Speed: 900

Ability 3- Gravity Disc Active: Ghenywur throws out a disk that will attach to the first enemy unit it hits, dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+20% AP) magic damage. After a 1.25 second delay, the disc will activate, dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+20% AP) magic damage again but also to everyone near the enemy the disc attached to. Enemies hit by this will be pulled to Ghenywur over 2 seconds. Ghenywur gains a 100/150/200/250/300 (+35% AP) shield if this hits an enemy champion. Cost: 80/100/120/140/160 mana Cool Down: 28/26.5/25/23.5/22 seconds Range: 950 Activation AoE Radius: 250

Ultimate- Archengineer's Study Passive: For the next cast, replace your Trinket with an Archengineer's Study. Upon casting Archengineer's Study, Ghenywur places down a levitating table with various gadgets littered across it and many robotic arms fixing broken machines on it. It also has a coffee maker on it. From his Archengineer's Study, Ghenywur can visit his team's shop and purchase items. At Level 2, the Archengineer's Study will be hidden inside a 450 radius hologram dome with the hologram dome acting exactly like a bush, not allowing units who are not in the hologram dome to see through or inside the hologram dome. At Level 3, the Archengineer's Study will heal Ghenywur for 5% of his max health every second after being out of combat for 10 seconds. If Ghenywur wishes to relocate his Archengineer's Study, he can purchase a new one in his shop for 500 gold in the Trinkets section to cause the next cast of his trinket to destroy the current Archenginner's Study and create a new one at the target location. Actvie: Ghenywur stores a charge of Cup of Morning Coffee every 10 seconds, being reduced by cool down reduction, while within 450 units of his Archengineer's Study. Ghenywur can consume a charge of Cup of Morning Coffee to restore 150/200/250 (+25% AP) health and 50/100/150% of this ability's mana cost over 15 seconds. Activating multiple Cups of Morning Coffee will act identically to activating multiple Health Pots. Thank you for reading and I hope you liked the concept! This is a little bit smaller and simpler concept than the usual ones I make because it's really late at night where I live, but I wanted to post this here anyways. Plus, I find that the smaller concepts allow for more concentration on the kit itself. Thank you again for reading!

The tower hitting to heal it itself sounds TOO OP. Unless the whole team gathers to tower dive, the tower really cannot be broken. So how about restoring tower health every 90 second instead of every basic attack?
