Chroma Packs and outdated skins

Hey Riot, I'm loving the idea of Chroma packs. I've always wanted to play the regular Vayne skin with a darker colour scheme more befitting of a huntress, which I hope the packs will allow me to do, however this brings up an important question... A lot of skins like Vizier Malzahar, Frozen Ezrael, Count Vlad, Nightraven Fiora e.t.c. are basically Chroma packs. Are there plans to mix these skins with the Chroma packs of their respective champions, or are there plans to make them more modern with via added effects or model changes? It would be kind of disappointing to pay 975 (Looking at you Pink Taric) for what is essentially a glorified recolour.

yeah, i have the same question there is a lot of skins which have merely the same recolored model as classic and a different splash art, so they are basically one of the chroma recolors but with another loading screen
