Bloodstone (read as Red Stone/Philosopher's Stone) Azir and Xerath

Idea is based heavily around philosopher's stones from Full Metal Alchemist, and Xerxes being pretty similar to Shurima. (Once great nation, now nothing but an empty desert, caused by the mistakes of their leaders trying to gain higher power, it's people were sacrificed in the process.)

Before you jump me with the copyright infringement bit, I feel it's different enough to not go there (enough that others skins already in the game have hit closer to the mark of obvious references). Plus, Bloodstone skin line already exists, and possibly already a reference to FullMetal/Philosopher's Stones?

Anywho-

Azir-

Red outfit, similar to Bloodstone Taric, armory, skully, gemy.. W- Mannequin Soldiers (zombies). They don't stand fully upright, scream on creation, no weapon, attack by lunging their heads forward and biting (in a way that would break a person's neck..but..zombies..they don't care). Q- Mannequins jump/dive to target location. E- Shield would have 'souls' or faces coming out of it/trying to escape from Azir's body. R- Not soldiers but wall made of piles of bones with ethereal glow around/throughout it, same effect as shield, red faces looking like they are trying to escape. For the secondary knock back (on normal the soldiers shove you back with their shields) the souls would make a barrier and lunge out at them. Passive/tower- think Minas Morgul (Lord of the Rings, the green glowy place the Witch-king sent his army out of) Stark black tower, lots of sharp edges, red glow.

Xerath-

Red Stone heart with tendrils/half grown skinless muscles coming out of it to hold his 'body' together. Q- Nothing too fancy...a red beam other than a blue one =O W- center/direct hit part (where they take bonus damage/extra slowed) has a skull E- throws a open mouth disembodied face at them, it bites down on the target it hits. R- red seed/stone type object hits ground, then blooms upward in an explosion (as opposed to the falling explosion that melts outward for normal), with similar effect to Azir e/r wih the faces trying to escape upward. Passive- meh, Xerath has a passive? -.- (kidding..but..yeh..not much to work with visually there)

These ideas are cool, but if you look at the existing Bloodstone skins (Taric and Lissandra), this isn't what the skin line actually is. The Bloodstone line is very much based around the idea of magma and obsidian; sharp angles of stone with red undertones. This idea is interesting, but I feel like it would be better named 'Fleshwrought' or something.
