If they're going to troll, dodge unless it's your promos. You lose less LP dodging and the queue timer is rough, but it's better than putting up with someone else's shit for 20+ minutes.

If you're sure they're trolling, wait 'til the last minute and dodge. Sometimes people do 'troll picks' that're actually quite decent. Like Ahri ADC and Kog'maw jungle.
