Jungle and top are the hardest to get Support literally takes under 30 secs Mid 2+ mins ADC anywhere from 30 secs - 5 mins depending
It's just a bug, restart it. It shouldn't last more than twice the estimate.
If you exist out of queue adn rejoin it usually insta joins :L
It is getting kind of ridiculous lately. Even normal blind pick queues are more often than not taking upwards of 5 minutes. The worst I've personally seen was about 17 minutes.
