#Lore Coming from a fishing family, the young Yordle who would eventually be known as Skulk, never took a liking to outsiders and occasionally fellow "furballs". However, Skulk had always looked up to his fellow Yordle brothers who managed to surpass expectation and go on to great things. Heimerdinger was, perhaps, the greatest mind in Valoran at the time, while Teemo, Tristana, and Poppy represented the Yordle race well with their courage, honor, and style. He just felt that something dreadful would occur, a sinking anchor in the sea of his mind. For twelve years, nothing happened. Festivals came and went, one of which always left a poor taste in his mouth: the Harrowing. It was a time of what seemed like constant evening. Ghouls and creepy-crawlies lurked in the shadows, popping out to shock the passerby.

Choosing to remain alone, Skulk dug and eventually built a home underground by the time he was roughly into mid-adulthood. It was there he enjoyed a solitary night and where few spooky haunts could bother him. However, in his isolation he felt helpless and alone. It was at that point he began studying magic, the supernatural, and weapons to prepare himself for any and all encounters. However, it would seem fate would rush the occasion.

After construction a sharp blade of steel and ceremonial wood for the handle, he began practicing on sack-dummies he built himself. Eventually he carved solid silver ore into sharp, bladed stakes, and stole pieces of armor and gear in the night; no one said he was honorable. Weeks into his training, the Shadow Isles echoed and spewed forth its ghastly miasma across the continent. The Black Mist gushed down streets and into innocents' homes, dragging their souls back to the Shadow Isles where they would ultimately forget friend, foe, lover, even their own identity. But the Yordle known as Skulk had different plans.

Bunkering down in his subterranean home, he began planning out actions to take in this situation. He needed to find out where the mist came from, and who - if anyone - was to blame. He secretly hoped it would be a man, cowardly but strong; he wanted a worthy foe to prove his own, self-taught discipline. After studying for days after, he concluded that the lich Karthus must be to blame. At that, Skulk set out to join the League of Legends in order to get a fighting chance to kill the Undying.

Death Animation: Skulk is knocked upward and spins several times in the air before landing face-first and slumping onto his belly. Recall Animation: Skulk sheathes his blade and pops his knuckles before slowly resting on a knee. Dance Animation: Skulk gently steps to the left and brushes dirt off his shoulder confidently before stepping to the right and doing the same to his opposite shoulder; this loops until movement/attacking occurs.

Passive: Dance of Death Whenever Skulk kills an enemy champion, all nearby enemies (champions have priority)[maximum of 3 champions affected] are feared for 0.5/1.5/2.5 seconds.

Q Ability: Tenderize Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Mana Range: 200 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds ACTIVE: Skulk slashes an enemy target, dealing 35/55/75/95/115 (+80% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage to them and applies one stack of Bleed. W Ability: Bleeding Edge Cost: 40 Mana Range: 300 Cooldown: 22/21/20/19/18 Seconds PASSIVE: When Skulk attacks a target affected by Bleed, he gains 2/4/6/8/10% increased movement speed and attack speed for 2 seconds (cannot be used on the same target within 8 seconds). ACTIVE: Skulk capitalizes on his victims. Target enemy unit loses all stacks of bleed, and Skulk gains 50/100/150 health per stack of Bleed on the target. Ultimate: Wight's Reckoning Cost: 100 Mana Range: Self Cooldown: 90/120/150 Seconds ACTIVE: Upon activation, Skulk becomes empowered; the passive effect of Bleeding Edge activates and the duration of crowd-control effects on Skulk are reduced by 10/20/30%. Additionally, Tenderize applies three stacks of Bleed on the target, Bleeding Edge restores 100/150/200 mana per stack of Bleed on the target, and High Stakes will always critically strike. Wight's Reckoning lasts for 5/6/7 seconds.

#Appearance, Skin Ideas & Author's Notes Skulk is a short humanoid, being member of the Yordles means this and his light brown fur. However, much of his appearance is hidden beneath his dark gray and black gear. He wears a black vest with steel shoulder pads, elbow pads, and his right arm has a metallic bracer. He wears dark pants, perhaps leather, tucked into dark brown boots that have withstood many storms. He has two stakes tied to each thigh, and keeps his sword sheathed on his upper back.

  • Shifting Sands Skulk: Replacing his darker looks is a light brown and gold appearance. He gains a black wrap that extends across his face, blocking out all but his eyes. His long sword becomes a thin scimitar and his High Stakes animation becomes one of him flinging a stone from a sling. When he recalls, a sandstorm surrounds him before dispersing, along with Skulk himself.
  • Ronin Skulk: Gaining an Ionian flavor, much of Skulk's light armor becomes heavier and samurai in appearance. His blade becomes a katana and he tosses shuriken instead of stakes at his foes. Additionally, whenever Skulk gains increased movement speed, cherry blossoms follow in his quickness.
  • Candy Skulk: His headgear is replaced by a candied skull! With rich patterns lining his now white, red, and gold outfit, a pinata bat instead of a sword, and lollipops instead of steaks, what more can you want? In the spirit of Halloween and Dia de los Muertos, enjoy Candy Skulk now!

I would totally buy Shifting Sands Skulk!

#Lore

I get this really cool vibe for maniac in a bunker that comes out and acts on his insanity, though in a more lucid manner. Not a whole lot to go by, but I can kinda see some of that in him. Really it all depends on what direction you want to go, here's some options to expand that:

  • More quotes

  • Write a journal he may have kept in that bunker, because I know I would be bored.

  • Add in more of his thoughts, does he like silver? What drives him to seek a strong opponent? Is he more childish than he seems?

Got really cool basework here. I can see it isn't fully fleshed out by choice, which is really a shame :(

#Kit

Seems very simplistic and very OP, and further review doesn't seem to shake my first glance remarks. In keeping the kit, I would recommend these changes:

  • Add a range to the passive, simply for clarity's sake.

  • Q: Add how additional bleed stacks are added, I'm assuming basic attacks and abilities, but correct me if I'm wrong.

  • Q: bleed bases are low and the ability is slightly confusing. Does the base represent per second or over the duration? Either way, I'd buff the numbers a tiny bit.

  • W: for the passive, how about having the cooldown time on targets be reduced with rank? 8/7/6/5/4 seconds still gives ample opportunity for downtime, while making it a more valuable skill to upgrade.

  • W: does the MS slow increase with stacks as well?

  • E: for true damage, make it 9 seconds at all ranks. It'll scale by itself

  • E: Make it scale by 25% bonus AD, giving it a nice 50% bonus ad when it crits.

Kinda a bare review for a bare concept, I'd love to do more but there just isn't a whole lot of meat here. Still, I'll answer any questions you have, or any feedback you might have on my suggested changes!
