#ZERO ##the Primal Pursuant

###A Bit of Backstory Hello everyone, Leroyswish here. So, this concept has been sitting in my mind a bit. I've been working on Zero for a while now, and I've asked some friends for advice. I couldn't have done it without you guys and this fabulous community!

I made Zero to be a bottom lane mage killer, capable of sabotaging casters and mages with his speed and kit. Traditionally, at least, this is how I see him. If you see the potential for Zero in other areas, why not let me know below? All comments and critiques are appreciated!

Core Statistics Health: 390 (+85) Health Regeneration: 4.7 (+1.2) Mana: 220 (+50) Mana Regeneration: 5.9 (+0.60)

Offensive Statistics Attack Range: 125 (Melee) Attack Damage: 51.11 (+5) Attack Speed: 0.659 (+1.75%)

Defensive Statistics Armor Rating: 20 (+4) Magic Resistance: 30 (+1.25) Movement Speed: 345

##Abilities Passive: Spark Engineering Zero is constantly modifying and tweaking his own sub-systems and programming. This causes him to gain +5% additional bonuses from items. This bonus does not extend to, effect, or be affected by Passives, Unique Passives, or Activation effects from items.

Q Ability: Polarizing Punch Type: Target Dash Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Mana Range: 555 Cooldown: 8.5/8/7.5/7/6.5 ACTIVE: Zero delivers a mechanized hay-maker to target enemy unit, dealing 75/110/145/180/215 (+80% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage to them. If Polarizing Punch kills an enemy champion, the cooldown of Multiplicity Transducer is reduced by 3/6/9/12/15%.

W Ability: Multiplicity Transducer Type: Self-Shield Buff Cost: 80 Mana Range: Self Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Seconds ACTIVE: Zero creates a mana-infused energy shield that absorbs 60/75/90/115/130 (+40% Ability Power) damage and grants 10/15/20/25/30% increased armor and magic resistance (scales with item bonuses) for 2 seconds.

E Ability: Circuit Breaker Type: Self Auto-Attacking Buff Cost: 55/66/77/88/99 Mana Range: Self Cooldown: 20 Seconds PASSIVE: Zero’s basic attacks and spells deal magic splash damage (15% of Ability Power) to nearby enemies around his primary target (200 range). ACTIVE: Zero rewires his subsystems, causing him to deal 60/80/100/120/140% additional physical damage for 1.75 seconds. After the duration of this spell, Zero cannot cast another spell for 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds afterward.

Ultimate: Cortical Matrix Type: Auto-Attacking Buff/Point-Blank Crowd Control Cost: 100 Mana Range: Self/700 Cooldown: 130 Seconds ACTIVE: Zero gains 30/40/50 Attack Speed for 1.75 seconds and 1.75 seconds of immunity to Stuns and Silences. However, this overloads his systems! At the end of the immunity's duration, he loses his bonus Attack Speed and unleashes a pulse of built-up energy, silencing all nearby enemy champions for 1/2/3 seconds.

###Playable & Unlockable Skins 1). CLASSIC ZERO: Zero is a cybernetic being integrated and programmed with the latest Hextech upgrades. A once great warrior now made into a living weapon, his appearance follows suit. His entire body is covered in an exoskeleton, all dark gold, with several lime green glowing runes lining the forearms, calves, and chest. Zero has a single bright-green eye.

2). BATTLECAST ZERO: Zero gains a larger, more muscular look! This time, he is more rigid, and his colors have changed from gold and green to dark gray and dark purple. He has a more sinister appearance, and it reflects in combat.

3). OFFICER ZERO: Zero 's gold tinted armor becomes a sleek, futuristic white color. His left forearm runes become bright flashing red, while the others become bright flashing blue. His central eye becomes two distinct eye slots that glow a dark black color. On his chest, where his left pectoral muscle would be, he has Z3R0 printed in faded black strip-letters.

4). HEADHUNTER ZERO: This time, Zero gains a more tribal look. Several tangled wires sprout from the back of his head, making the appearance of a tied-back dreadlock hairstyle. His forearms are lined with shark-like teeth; his hands and feet become three-toed claws. He has a darker color and seems to be made of slate stone and wood. He's definitely made to blend in to the jungle.

5). ABSOLUTE ZERO: Zero gets a Freljord makeover! Replacing his dark gold metallic frame is one of a light blue ice one, with his joints and rivets frozen over with frost. His eye becomes a piercing crimson like that of Anivia, and his runes instead become more tribal like.

This reminds me of a bit of a mix of Rumble and Blitzcrank. It could be amazing or horrifying.

cawws loudly

You might want to redo the passive. 2% of 10 is .2 less magic damage, and with all champions that reduces a whopping 1 magic damage. Re-word it or rework it.

**Cortrical Matrix **is really strong for what it does, 1000 range is this: http://i.imgur.com/h9VdCfj.png With Sef at the epicenter, pretty crazy range for a long silencing move that also gives a majority of cc immunity. It's a great ulti, just tune down the numbers a bit.

One last thing, Polarizing Punch's reset feels a bit out of place if it just works on champions. I would give it a softer reset and work on killing anything, but that's up to whether you want to open jungle opportunities.

Just some thoughts...

Really great concept, maybe Rito will think of this as their next champion. Keep up the good work! KogMaw

This sounds like a lot of what something Viktor wouldve made. Could be considered a rival to Blitzcrank from what it sounds like through his abilities and mechanics.

Anywho, onto criticism:

Passive: Sure sounds neat, but the idea of it increasing by 2% per nearby champion is pathetic, I mean, 2% of 10 would make it that if you were in the entire team, you block 10.8 damage now!... What?

Possibility: Static increase or increase per level?

Q: Not sure if ranged or not, but should serve as a gap closer if it is, also, that CDR on the W for killing a champ is pretty weak as well, not really worth.

Possibility: He is supposed to be a close ranged person focused on AA, right? Why not make it so he gains speed if he kills a champ with it? (Just a possibility)

W: Sounds like a dupe of Skarner shield in a way, not that there is anything wrong about that.

Possibility: More Shield Strength per level, with that CD time, its too un-worth otherwise except for an escape.

E: Sounds very rough for the first few ranks for an ability, later would be really worth

Possibility: Longer starting duration that scales, make the passive splash physical instead of magical

R: Not sure how long the AS buff lasts for, if just the 1/2/3 stated, not really worth.

Possibility: Lengthen the AS time by a bit, maybe add some MS in there too.

Overall: Really good idea for a champ, would love to see it made into a real one, would also love to get a sketch of what he looks like. As for my criticism, its just what I think, as I am not the maker, I dont know 100% what you were planning when you made him.

9/10, would buy.

If the shield was just a shield and not specifically for Mag dmg, your looking a very fast clearing jungler. I like the idea a lot being a big rumble fan.

I WOULD BUY THIS IN A HEARTBEAT

His passive seems a bit fishy if he were top going solo his passive wouldn't be much help it should also block not just be magic damage it should also be physical damage, other then that I think everything is fine and your doing a good job hope they make this character soon

Name and Title:

As far as I know "Pursuant" is not a noun. And even when used in English it is mostly used in conherence with law terms. Rather I would say the title would be ", the Primal Pursuer" or ", the Primal Persecutor". Secondly, the word "Primal" really stings. Along with the ability kit I would rather say that "Primal" is somewhat contradictory. But I guess the solution to this is maybe in the missing lore.

Stats:

The scaling health regeneration value seems somewhat high. With 26.3 health regeneration at Level 18 it would be a new maximum. Currently Darius is at the maximum with 25.35. The current maximum scaling health regeneration value has Braum with 1 per level.

I'm a bit confused about the 51.11 base attack damage value. Is the .11 an anecdote to something or has it other reasons? The 5 attack damage per level is extremely high and would result in 141 base attack damage at level 18. The current maximum has Cho'Gath and Skarner with 129.7. Both also share the maximum attack damage per level of 4.2.

Totalyl agree with FlintFall on this. A softer reset would be really, really good. Also, since he is a melee (he is a melee right?) he definitely needs some CC/mobility in is kit or he will just be kited into oblivion. Either a slow on his Q or maybe some movement speed on his ult? Also it doesn't really make sense to make it so he gains magic resist around his Allies so maybe change it to resist when around enemies? Other than that he looks pretty good. I'm picturign a sort of zed like champion in my mind. One last thing actually. Top lane or Bottom lane?.... That seems a little odd as a bottom lane champ as he is neither a support nor an adc. Unless he is ranged in which case I am severely mistaken. But if that is the case then you might consider removing ravenous hydra from his core items list as it is a Melee only.
