##PASSIVE - Outlast When below 15/25/35/45% (at levels 1, 6, 11, and 16) of his maximum health, Thule converts 5/10/15/20% of his maximum health into bonus Attack Damage gradually over a period of 2.25 seconds.

Whenever an enemy champion steps on the trap, they are immediately blinded for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds; if Thule is within 1000 units of a blinded enemy, he gains +10/20/30/40/50% increased movement speed while moving towards them. Thule may hold up to two traps at any time.

##R - Jungle Jitters Range: 1200 Cost: 10% of Current Health Cooldown: 130/110/90 Seconds PASSIVE: Whenever Thule gains a kill or assist against a unique enemy champion, he permanently increases his attack speed by +5%. ACTIVE: Thule marks a target champion and creates a radius around them equal to 1000 units for 4 seconds. If the marked enemy exits the radius or is dealt 30% of its maximum health within 4 seconds, they are slowed by 70/80/90% for 1.25 seconds and Thule gains the ability to cast From the Brink for the next 4 seconds. #Lore Deep within the harsh landscape of the Kumungu Jungle, there exists a plethora of lost knowledge. Artifacts and relics of countless ages forever abandoned, only to be found by the brave - and foolish - adventurer. Some believe that in the heart of the fiendish jungle exists a sporadically populated tribe of savages, led by their fiercest findsman: Thule.

A warrior of supernatural strength and ferocity, Thule’s speed is only matched by his relentless will to outlast his opponents. With his sharpened bludgeon in hand, he defends his peoples’ territory with tooth and claw. Few are able to live long enough to tell the tale of such a savage. While Thule was pleased with his attempts at protecting his people, he craved bloodshed and thus ventured out on a crusade to stop any from venturing into the sacred lands.

It was only a matter of time before he learned of the Fields of Justice, and like the Bestial Huntress herself, Thule joined to protect the jungle from Noxus and Demacia. However, deep down he and few wise intellects knew the truth. He did not come as a defender, but rather, a murderer.

##Dance: Thule impales his weapon into the earth before performing a dance reminiscent of an Aztec fire dance. A video of this can be seen here. Namely view 0:24 - 1:43 for a general idea of the dance (@ 0:25, Thule performs an animalistic roar similar to the shout in the video).

#Skin Selection

  • Base Thule: Thule is an imposing and large man of supernatural strength; however, his body is not needlessly bulky but rather, leaner than one might think. He has a powerful core and slightly hunched forward stance. He wears a dull white skull for a mask, with red streaks painted down the front over the eye sockets. His piercing yellow eyes are barely seen within. At the back of the skull are mismatched colored plumage from exotic wildlife that he has collected. He does not wear any armor on his torso, and bears many scars and tribal markings. On his wrists and feet are deeply brown fur pelts with metallic bands and studs across them, and he wears worn cloth pants with a pelt and decoration lining his waist and legs. In this skin, he wields a macuahuitl, a large flat bludgeon with serrated shards jaggedly lining the edges. When recalling, Thule drops to one knees, rips grass from the earth, sniffs its scent thoroughly, before the wind blowing it away from his grasp.
  • Candy Skull Thule: A more festive and bubbly look, Thule's look changes dramatically. His skull mask becomes like that of a candied skull, with bright dots and swirls wrapping around the eyes and face; his sinister amber eyes become a pleasant blue color. On his chest he wears a lightly colored pancho with elaborate patterns of rich color. His weapon shifts to that of a pinata bat, as well. He wears a jean-like pair of breeches with cowboy boots, and hanging on his back by a strap is a sombrero. When recalling, a small Teemo pinata appears before Thule. He violently beats it up, scattering candy and everywhere before he begins tearing it apart with his bare hands.

i really love the idea behind this passive..however i'm curious why gradually over a period of 2.25 second?

what do you mean by whichever is highest? Because earlier in the skill you said "and" kinda giving me mixed signals lol. Maybe it should be "or"? cost 12% of your current HP for X amount of the opponent's current health...i like it..If i'm low hp, it wont cost so much health.

again with the 12% current health cost, i'm getting the idea these are meant to activate hes passive at will? :P. Skill seems vary rewarding against armor stacking enemies, promotes not running immediately for the enemy carry and really consider who you're attacking. Limiting the window of these attacks to 4 seconds also promotes counterplay. if you can slow Thule or stun him he wont be able to get as many attacks off, I love it.

i'm a little iffy about this ability, why would the enemy champions destroy the traps lol..are they stealth like teemo shrooms?

The passive on this seems pretty fair, Caps out at 25% Attack speed if i read that correctly. Which is nice to have but not too overpowered. i was going to say the active seems a little bit weak, but then i noticed the range that it can be applied on lol. i like the fact that you can cast this from such a range..though i feel like the mark should stay slightly longer than for seconds, It is an ultimate right?.

Overall i personally feel like he would make an excellent top laner. except for the fact that i feel like he would die too quickly don't you think? with everything costing so much of hes current HP. he will defiantly need something to get some of that health back lol. hes kit seems pretty balanced in terms of what hes abilities do, Given some number tweaks...You know riot and their number tweaks lol.

I Love the amount of detail you've added though i think it could use another section maybe call it gameplay, and explain how you the creator intends the champion to be played, Like just a little brief explanation.

Hey, everyone. So Thule has been a project I've reworked a few times over the course of the last year. I'm still a bit iffy on his kit so please, leave any comments or questions you have.
