Activate to gain "Deathfire Touch". Deathfire Touch Gain 10% CDR Converts 15% of your Abilities damage to True damage and applies it as a DOT over 4s. Damage dealt heals you for 8%.
Duration: 10s Cooldown: 60s-45s CD starts when effect ends.

Scorch was a failed attempt by riot to give Deathfire Touch users something.
Transendence does more
Conqueror: The idea was to give some pressure that affects all the same without giving more damage.
Predator:...... only in that you activate it with the boots. Shocker its not a bad mechanic.
Ravenous Hunter: Others give healing too and its not Ravenous Hunter is Bloodline but w/e
Its a Keystone that does not give much extra damage that would be used by ALL the champs that use to pick Deathfire Touch and currently have to pick sub par keystones for their champs.
