Champion concept: Death March : the lingering end.

This champion is an assassin/slayer with primary role as jungler and secondary as midlaner. auto range of 500, attack damage of 60 with an attack grow growth 5 per level, armor is 30 with a growth of 5 per level, magic resist 40 stat growth of 1 per level. movement is 340. hp 580-2100, attack speed 0.5 to 1.0.

Passive: Massacre of the still beating hearts. Death march fires his gun straight into the enemy dealing (25%-50% of the targets max hp based on level) (ad scaling of 5% per 100). and applies a stack of ruination. enemies who are marked cannot be hit by this passive again unless they have died or 20 seconds has passed. death march can only use this passive every 5 seconds to champions. ruination debuff last for 7 seconds. This passive will always do 50% true dmg to minions, monsters and large monsters but can't active the passive on the same target till 5 seconds elapse.

q: Hounds of ruin: death march sends out his ghost hounds to chase down his foes with a range of 1200, dealing 60/90/120/180/250 plus 0.6 bonus ad. if target has a stack of ruination the hounds auto locks to there target and will deal execution dmg if target is below 20% max hp. if no mark was present and the target was hit then a mark of ruination is placed instead. If a mark was placed but the was not able to execute then the mark is refreshed instead. this ability applies on hit effects. cool down 20/16/12/8/4

w: soul of ruination/soul vanish. passive. death march basic attacks are empowered and will deal scorching damage based on the targets missing hp. active: death march teleports towards a marked unit. if the unit is killed he is given brief invisibility and can pass through units and terrain for 3 seconds and is given half of the enemies movement for the duration.

E: Chasm of the abyss. Death march opens a rift to shadow isles releasing the souls to encircle his opponent(s) chain link of 4. those hit are slowed by 40%/50%/60%/70%/90% for 2 seconds and if they stay on the trail left behind by the isles for more then 2 seconds ,they will be stunned for 1 second and take 60, 70, 80, 90,100 magic dmg based on level (ap ratio 0.5) applying a stack of ruination. if the target has a stack of ruination it refreshes it.

R:The lingering death: Death march can see through walls so long as he's with in 100 units of one and is able to phase through near by walls (range sight 300, 600, 1400) and can phase through instantly at where ever the wall is connected. cool down 2 seconds all ranks.

I'll draw concept art and lore later but for now he was once a renowned bounty hunter who entered the shadow isles one day in search of his next bounty but was dragged down by the souls of shadow isles but instead of succumbing to death and becoming part of the isles he over came it siphoning strength from their despair and became a phantom of death. Those who know of him only hear the cries of his victims as they are dismembered and the loud stomping of feet that comes in the silent of night that fades as fast as the lives he claims. The death march is upon us

that passive seems kinda broken but other abilties seem awesome. Gj

I mean its not as broken as it reads. since his first basic attack is his main power he needs it to be strong but even then level 1 an auto with passive for 25% hp to an opponent with 560 hp and 40 armor he will do exactly 140 dmg but it would be mitigated to 99.4. meaning that he isn't gonna be that strong in the early stages of the game. he will start spiking with lethality items and his level 6 power spike from ultimate.
