Villia the fires rage (champion concept)

Villia is seen occasionally wandering runeterra. Entire groups of soldiers are taken down by her when engaged. There is the same pattern every time. There is always one surviver to tell the tale. She is said to be a crossbreed mix of ifrit and a human. One day she was confronted by shyvanna. Shyvanna did not want to fight her, rather explain that they are both misfits And knows how it feels to be different. Villia refused and lashed at shyvanna but was immediately thrown off guard by shyvannas dragon skin. Shyvanna captured her because she would not cooperate. She was forced to join the leage of legends where her talent fit in. Villia vowed to kill everyone in her path and find a way to escape. "Some people want to watch the world burn"

Passive: ifrits class: villias basic attacks add one stack of burn to the enemy Stacking up to 3 times. One stack of burn deals 6/12/16/20+(0.15 ad) magic damage per second for 5 seconds At 3 stacks the stacks are removed and the target ignites dealing 12/18/24/32+(0.20 ad) magic damage per second for 5 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times (can have stacks of ignite and burn)

Q: fire dart : villia throws a fire dart in a direction. This deals 40/80/120/160/200 + (0.25 ad) magic damage and applies burn to the target

W: blazing speed: 11 mana per second Villia gains 20/30/40/50/60 movement speed and leaves behind a trail of fire. Enemies standing in the fire take 10/20/30/40/50 + (0.20 ap) magic damage per second

E: lash: villia lashes a target in melee range slowing their movement speed by 40 for 2 seconds dealing 50/100/150/200/250 + (0.35 ad)

R: Ifrits rage: villia gains 10/20/40 % more ad, 50% damage reduction and gains blazing speed with no mana cost for 11 seconds. Villia can reactive this ability within that time to burst into flames applying 3 stacks of ignite to any nearby enemy targets and including herself
