Lore

###Elvine was raised on the precipice of both the sunken city of Zaun and the towering city of Piltover. She spent her days touring the boundary markets, finding nooks and crannies leading to slim allies and abandoned buildings. While exploring the twin cities she was born to, she often heard talk from Zaunites and Piltovans alike, provokings and insults thrown in both directions. She could never understand why, however, sure the Zaunites were often covered in rust, the Piltovans always wore those ridiculous garbs and the Kindred know both stunk to high heavens in their own ways, whether the stench of sump and ash or the overwhelming scent of artificial flowers and other so called exotic scents. - Both groups would often attempt to lay claim to superiority, sometimes to ridiculous lengths. Sometimes they were silly fun, like the time someone stole a trove of Piltovan signs, but other times they were horrid like the time she'd heard a Piltovan ball had been subjected to a terrorist attack, or the Piltovan's games of making promising Zaunites their entertainment by crushing their hopes under the guise of 'formalities'. In the end, the cities were two sides of a single coin, neither perfect, each had their own ups and downs. - Elvine, though, found she didn't seem to fit in with either city for her own reasons, the biggest one being the odd effect she had on Chemtech and Hextech devices. That being, they simply wouldn't function when she was in close proximity to the power source. She would hear a whispering in her ear and then, nothing, whatever device she held would become inactive until she let go of it. It is for this reason she often found herself making her way north whenever she could, away from the confines of Piltover's towers or Zaun's steel. - As she aged she found herself no longer exploring the hidden paths of the boundary markets and instead spent her days exploring the sparkling cerulean coasts, and the knotted forests within the cities' northern territories. One such day she boarded a hexdraulic conveyor, as she always did she began to hear a a familiar whispering in her ear. As the conveyor ascended a Zaunite suddenly drew a knife on the other passengers, as he approached her the whispering became a scream and she lost consciousness. - When she awoke, she found herself outside the gates of Piltover, laying in a stream, near the coast. The whispering gone, in it's place she could see strange creatures. Spirits of nature made manifest, seemingly everywhere around her. She began her explorations of the world around her anew.

Kit Passive - Guardian Spirits

Spirit Bond Elvine interacts uniquely with percent health based damage.
Execution Damage always treats her health as if it were at a minimum of 50% Max Health damage only calculates with 70% of her max health. Current Health Damage scales from 0-50% Elvine also only recieves 33% health from all sources.

Spirit Shield When Elvine falls below 30% Health she gains a shield worth 100/200/300/400+30% of her bonus AP for 2 seconds.

Spirit Seal In addition when falling below 30% health she silences all enemies within 400 units of her for 2 seconds.

Elvine does not gain the effects of Lifeline items. Elvine cannot use the active or passive effects of the Hextech item line.

Q - Spirit Blast - Cooldown - 10/9/8/7/6 - 550 unit cast range - 200 unit Radius

Active - Elvine creates a a vortex of spiritual energy and flings it to the target location, slowing enemies and dealing 30/45/60/75/90+10/15/20/25/30% of her AP. She then gains a stack of Spiritual Energy. The vortex lasts for 5 seconds. Elvine can consume a stack of Spiritual Energy to recast Spirit Blast, flinging it to a new position, dealing the damage again. Passive - Elvine's basic attacks deal 10 + 5*Level/2 + 10% of her AP. Every 5 auto attacks grant her a stack of Spiritual Energy. Elvine cannot have more than 3 stacks of Spiritual energy at a time. Stuns and Roots make her lose a stack, and being silenced makes her lose all stacks.

W - Spirit Release - Cooldown - 10 seconds - 300 unit Radius

Elvine releases 3 orbs of spiritual energy in a spiral around her, granting her a flat 30% movement buff. The orbs remain in the air for 6 seconds circling her original location. At the end of the duration or when the ability is reactivated the orbs converge and detonate, dealing 50/75/100/125/150+30% of her AP damage. If she waits 2 or more seconds before detonating them, enemies within will be stunned.

E - Spirit Leap - Cooldown - 10/8.75/7.5/6.25/5 - 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 - 300 range

Elvine leaps a short distance, gaining a stack of Spiritual Energy. She can recast the ability mid jump to jump again, changing direction and increasing the cooldown. The first jump cannot pass through walls, the second jump can.

Elvine can cast Spirit Blast while in the air.

R - Spirit Shift - Cooldown - 20/15/10

Elvine becomes untargetable and invisible for 1 second.

Character Design and Lore

I like her looks, especially her clothing style. Really fitting for a champion coming from Zaun as well, less for a Piltovian, though. Always wanted to have a Zaunite or Piltovian champion in the game with Ionian ancestors, so that is a big plus for me, she fits that quite well and it is well reflected in her lore by her affinity to spirits, too.

But if I am honest, then I would have made another approach to that thematic. Another trope that I am missing in this game is a champion able to communicate with their hextech device, which has an awakened Brackern crystal. I don't know why, lore-wise, she should inhibit hextech devices with her lore of being a friend of spirits. Why should they stop working in her presence?

Instead, I would have createda champion who has a hextech device on their own (self-built? was it a gift from someone?), then some day figuring out that she can talk with a presence in the device.

It would also be an anti-thesis to the Darkin, they are not fighting each other for control, but supporting. And the champion could try to find a way to give the brackern their body back. This would also tie them better in the city of Zaun/Piltover. Not saying your approach is bad, but it right now just feels like you wanted to find a plausible reason for her looks, while it is actually not really important for her lore that she is from there.... Especially since she leaves the place to travel the world anyway.

Kit and Gameplay

The kit seems problematic. I don't know how her playstyle is supposed to work out here, since the synergy for her skills is kinda low....

Question: What role did you expect her to go into? Reading this kit, the first I assumed was support, but her utility is kinda low.... She has alot of mobility, being able to jump around and going invis and untargetable on ult frequently. But her damage on Q is fairly low, she will probably just feels like an annoying mosquito.

Her W needs 2 seconds of preparation to stun, but she has no method in her kit to keep the enemy in it and she can just place it where she has been before. Some synergy in her kit here would be great, giving her a way to keep the enemy in place long enough for her to get the better detonation. Maybe place the stun on another part of her kit and then just giving her more damage on the delayed explosion?

Another point: Her communicating with spirits is not really represented well here. She has no interaction with her environment. All the effects could be explained as simple magical energy, what makes you think "yes, she is supported by spirits!" here?

Facit

I like the general theme of her, being a Zaunite/Piltie who communicates with spirits. However, I think the concept needs work, both when it comes to lore and gameplay....

I very like this concept, good work!

The lore was created with "souL" what i respect on you.I saw many concepts were the creators don't create the lore of their champions,by my opinion better choose:Will you created a good lore,or just don't create it.

Abilities have very interesting combinations,i like it.

May i quest you about a small thing. How do you create these blue/red colors and the hover to reveal spoilers, this one was really good idea!
