After Sion and GP's concept updates, will we have new funny stupid champs?

Don't get me wrong, I realise the quality of the work that has been done, new GP and new Sion are great champs in the feeling and the lore they're involved with... but they replaced funny champs. There were people playing Sion for the silly voiceover and ridiculous playstyle. There were people playing GP because of the cliché "YOU ARRR A PIRATE!" voiceover and the running, critting play style. We're OK with losing those specific stupid champs, but will we ever have others in the same style?
