Twalag, the Fallen Cord

Passive: Fallen Cord: Every 5th spell cast, the mana is consumed and the spell fizzles, doing nothing. The following spell gains a new effect, and causes the first enemy champion it effects' next spell to fizzle as well. If the target is a monster they are instead stunned.

Q: Minor Fall: Twalag uses his flute to create a magic zone that lasts for 3 seconds. This zone grounds enemies. On a fallen cord attemptinf to dash pulls the victim to the center of the zone and damages them.

W: Forest's Shade: Twalag uses his flute to create a magic zone that lowers enemy vision. On a fallen cord, when it ends or he reactivates the ability all enemies within are snared.

E: Storm Light: Twalag plays his flute at a high pitch, calling down a bolt of lighting in a small area. On a fallen cord the center of thr spell stuns and the outer ring displaces enemies outward.

R: Major Lift: Twalag plays a falsetto, doing a dance into the air. Enemies are cycled around him and knocked up. Major Lift cannot fizzle and will not count towards Fallen Cord's stacking.
