Champion kit #34, the divine armor (Vanguard)
Hello you people, I'm FúrinKazan and, although a level 10 account, I'm actually close to 400 in the BR server. I recently tried to reach out to Riot about my projects for League of Legends, but unfortunately they only deal with graduated people.
Anyway, the projects I made for the game have no use anymore so I decided to publish them all. They are champion kits, counting up to 120 with unique abilities, defined classes, gameplay and numbers for those who like. The idea is to publish one champion per day until April. I also have some champion updades and they might show up sometimes.
I see a lot of good and creative kit concepts and reworks everywhere on the internet. However, if its gameplay is not coherent, it's not a champion. If numbers are not right, it won't work. Riot abandons a lot of cool fantasies because they end up failing at executon, so I bring you the abilities instead, for people to imagine a theme as they want. Here we go (leave a comment and take a look at my older posts!):
- Tsunashige Hōjō (names are merely for inspiration and representation)
- Vanguard core traits: high crowd control, high durability, powerful initiator, poor combat
Passive: Upon losing 70% or more of his Maximum Health, Tsunashige's armor projects him invisible for a few seconds. While invisible, his next basic attack deals additional Magic Damage and slows its target, ending the invisibility. This effect cannot happen again until Tsunashige returns to base.
-Invisibility maximum duration: 2/2.5/3 seconds at levels 1/7/13 -Additional Magic Damage: 8-32% of the target's Maximum Health, based on the number of allied champions dead (0-4) -Slow: 20-100% (potentially rooting) for 2 seconds
1st Skill: Tsunashige uses his armor to project an energy wall at the targeted position after 1 second. From the wall's position, Tsunashige chooses a direction in which beams of energy will be fired. The beams deal damage and stuns enemies they pass through.
-Damage: 80/120/160/200/240 (+ 2% of Tsunashige's Maximum Health) as Magic Damage -Stun duration: 1.25 seconds -CD: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds
2nd Skill: Passive: Tsunashige receives additional Movement Speed when moving towards enemy champions during his Passive or for 1.5 seconds after using the 3rd Skill.
Alternate: Tsuneshige's basic attacks deal bonus Magic Damage and slow their targets in exchange of Mana.
-Additional Movement Speed: 20/25/30/35/40% -Bonus Magic Damage: 6/8.5/11/13.5/16% of the target's Maximum Health -Slow: 25% for 1 second -Mana cost per attack: 40/55/70/85/100
3rd Skill: Tsunashige's armor emits a pulse energy, pushing enemies away so that they end at most at 300 units of distance from him. Pulsing the armor again within 12 seconds after the first use causes the armor to overload on the third use, preventing the ability to be used again for a few seconds.
Additionally, each use grants Tsuneshige a shield for up to 2.5 seconds. The shield's value doesn't stack up.
-Pulse radius: 200/225/250/275/300 -Shield value: 6/6.5/7/7.5/8% of Tsuneshige's Maximum Health -CD (between pulses): 2.5 seconds -Overload duration: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds (reduced by Cooldown Reduction)
Ultimate: Tsunashige invokes the mystic spear that completes his armor, calling it from the skies. After 1.5 seconds, the spear hits the ground at the targeted position within a long range, dealing damage within a small area around itself and knocking enemies up for 1.5 seconds. The spear remains in place for up to 3 seconds.
Reactivating the ability teleports Tsunashige to the spear. Upon reaching it, Tsunashige picks the spear up and emits a wave of energy, dealing damage and slowing nearby enemies. He then uses it to fight for the next 5 seconds, receiving 175 additional attack range (300 total).
