Champion kit #8, a Burst Mage

Hello you people, have a good 2020. I'm FúrinKazan and, although a level 10 account, I'm actually close to 400 in the BR server. I recently tried to reach out to Riot about my projects for League of Legends, but unfortunately they only deal with graduated people.
Anyway, the projects I made for the game have no use anymore so I decided to publish them all. They are champion kits, counting up to 120 with unique abilities, defined classes, gameplay and numbers for those who like. The idea is to publish one champion per day until April. I also have some champion updades and they might show up sometimes.
I see a lot of good and creative kit concepts and reworks everywhere on the internet. However, if its gameplay is not coherent, it's not a champion. If numbers are not right, it won't work. Riot abandons a lot of cool fantasies because they end up failing at executon, so I bring you the abilities instead, for people to imagine a theme as they want. Burst Mage core traits: explosive damage, set-up crowd control, little-to-no mobility, fragile
Passive: Sōun prepares some of his arrows. He ties them up to iron ropes and puts them in action through his 1st and 2nd Skills, allowing enemy champions to interact with them. Enemy champions hit by these abilities create an iron rope between them and Sōun. Other enemies to pass through the ropes take damage.
Enemy champions that enter contact with the rope (be it through the abilities or by passing through it) are wrapped by it for up to 6 seconds, as long as them or Sōun do not move too far away. Deals damage and grants additional Ability Power for 6 seconds (8-seconds interval per enemy). For every enemy champion hit after the first, this bonus increases by 50% and its duration is reseted.

1st Skill: Sōun shoots an arrow through a straight line, dealing damage to enemies it passes through. This arrow is tied to an iron rope that sticks itself to the first enemy champion hit. When an enemy champion is hit by the rope of this arrow while under the 2nd Skill's effect, the next casts of this ability during the wrapping time (6 seconds) also shoots arrows from the current position of said enemy champions hit, in the opposite direction.
Arrows that are not fired from Sōun does not deal damage to the respective enemy champions they are fired from and a same enemy only takes damace once per cast. Hitting enemies affected by the 3rd Skill with an arrow roots them for a few seconds.
-Damage: 50/80/110/140/170 (+ 40% AP) as Magic Damage -Root duration: 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds -CD: Charge system, 1 every 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds (reduced by Cooldown Reduction), maximum of 3
2nd Skill: Sōun shoots a volley of arrows up high, causing it to fall within the targeted circular area after 0.5 second. Within the next 2.5 seconds, the arrows rain down uninterruptedly, dealing damage to enemies hit every 0.25 second. Upon hitting enemies affected by the** 3rd Skill**, deals 50% additional damage.
Every 0.25 second the ability damages an enemy champion, Sōun receives a shield for up to 3 seconds, reseting the duration with new applications. For every enemy champion hit after the first, Sōun receives additional shield, but the maximum value cannot be exceeded.
-Maximum damage: 120/140/160/180/200 (+ 90% AP) as Magic Damage -Shield (per 0.25 second): 20/25/30/35/40 (+ 15% AP) -Maximum shield: 100/120/140/160/180 (+ 60% AP) -CD: 17/16/15/14/13 seconds (begins after 0.5 second)
3rd Skill: Sōun shoots 6 arrows within a conical area towards the targeted direction. They are fixed on the ground at the area's limit for 4 seconds, arranging themselves to have the same distance between one another and extending an iron rope in-between them. When an enemy passes between the arrows, he hits the rope and breaks its respective intersection
Enemies that enter contact with the rope activate the** Passive**'s effects and an additional of damage and slow, while also having their Magic Resistance reduced by 25% for 3 seconds. A same enemy can only be damaged once, but each intersection refreshes the slow's duration.
-Additional damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+ 30% AP) as Magic Damage -Slow: 40/45/50/55/60% for 1.5 seconds -CD: 13/12,5/12/11,5/11 seconds
Ultimate: Sōun gathers all of the iron ropes currently tied to enemy champions and rise them up. They are then overheated, igniting all the respective champions that are under their effect and also those that come to be, dealing damage over 4 seconds.
For each second that each nearby enemy champion is also hit, the ability's damage increases by a determined value.
